The living room on the primary floor features extensive wooden beams and impressive vaulted ceilings throughout, showcasing a two-story great room with stunning views. You can relax on the comfortable furnishings while taking in the scenery, enjoying the gas fireplace and the flat-screen television.
Moreover, the main living area provides easy access to the wrap-around deck, ideal for enjoying the outdoors and the breathtaking views. Adjacent to the living room, the gourmet kitchen is outfitted with a spacious island featuring slab granite countertops, professional-grade appliances, a custom full-size refrigerator, and a breakfast bar. Between the kitchen and the dining room, there is ample space to accommodate up to thirteen guests.
The main level also includes an office, a bathroom, and a laundry/mudroom. The upper level of the residence is designed for comfort and features two master bedrooms.
Guests are not allowed to smoke at the property as per the Homeowner Association rules, which are rigorously upheld. Violators will be fined $500 per day for non-compliance.
