Located in one of the most prestigious areas of Copacabana, this studio is the ideal choice for those seeking comfort and an unbeatable location. Perfect for couples, you will be just 300 metres from Copacabana beach and immersed in the vibrant neighbourhood life. Enjoy the peace of a well-planned space after a busy day.
The studio offers all amenities for a long or short stay:
Space with a cosy Double Bed, Air Conditioning and TV.
Complete Kitchen: Refrigerator, cooker, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and utensils.
1 complete bathroom.
The convenience is incomparable. You are a very short walk from iconic beaches and just 700m from Siqueira Campos Metro, facilitating access to the entire city. The surroundings offer the best of Copacabana: Zona Sul Market on the corner, charming cafés and easy access to Rodrigo de Freitas Lagoon.

To ensure everything goes smoothly, we ask that you pay attention to some house rules and notices:
The reception is not authorised to store guests' luggage, however, if you wish, you can leave your bags here at our agency.
It is not permitted to make noise after 10 pm (Noise Ordinance).
The tenant must provide a list with the full names and identity documents of all people who will be staying in the apartment during their stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the reservation. People who are not on the provided list cannot enter the building.
Separate organic waste from recyclable waste, disposing of them in different rubbish bags.
Use the service entrance and lift when carrying luggage or swimwear.
When leaving the apartment, check that you have switched off all electrical equipment. Failure to comply with this item may result in the landlord deducting ÂŁ100 per day from the security deposit.
Our check-in is carried out from 3 pm and our check-out before 11 am. If you wish to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, please check availability.
For each booking, we provide 1 set of bedding per bed and 1 set of towels per guest. Bed and towel linen exchange service can be contracted and paid separately. Be careful with products that may damage them, as any damaged items may be charged to your security deposit.
All guests must send their identification document at least 24 hours before arrival.
