âą Please refrain from using the air hockey table or arcade games during these times.
Gatherings and Conduct
âą Intimate gatherings or small celebrations with moderate music and conversation are permitted only until 9:00 PM, when quiet hours begin.
âą Parties or events of any kind are strictly prohibited.
âą Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
âą Please avoid high-impact activities such as jumping or running, as these may disturb the tenants below.

âą This property consists of two separate and independent units â the main house (this listing) and a basement apartment (not included in this rental).
âą Guests must use only the main house entrance, as shown in the listing photos.
âą The driveway and garage associated with the main house are available for guest use.
âą While the house address is on Wenatchee Street, the main entrance is located on Yakuta Drive.
