Detta helt nya luftkonditionerade rum med ett sovrum, ett badrum på ön Spanish Wells, Bahamas, har ett öppet vardagsrum och fullt kök, tillsammans med inhägnad uteplats / däck. Dubbelsäng. Vardagsrummet har också två futon soffor / sängar i full storlek. Kabelinternet, kabel-TV i sovrum och vardagsrum. Detta fritidshus inkluderar golfvagn, (bensin med 4 platser) kajak, paddelbräda och cyklar för att säkerställa att varje dag är ett nytt äventyr. Det är en 2 minuters promenad till Spanish Wells berömda två mil vita sandstrand. Bara några minuters promenad från allt i stan.
Spanish Wells är en liten unik ö som ligger utanför Eleutheras norra spets. Silver Airways och United från Fort Lauderdale, American Eagle från Miami och Delta från Atlanta Georgia är direktflyg till North Eleuthera (ELH). Hummerfiske är den viktigaste industrin på ön. Det bästa sättet att komma runt isladen är med golfvagnen det finns inget behov av en bil. Fiske är bra här benfiske och djuphavsfiske. Lokala fiskare erbjuder många olika utflykter, som simning med grisarna, du kan besöka Preachers grotta. Queens Bath, Hatchet Bay Cave, Ocean Hole och den berömda Glass Windows Bridge (vi rekommenderar att du bokar dessa i förväg). Dold pärla i Spanish Wells, Bahamas är din perfekta plats på ön.

We had a great last minute trip which Sharon was very helpful with. She initiated the taxi driver David from the airport and greeted us at the ferry dock taking us for a quick ride through the island so we knew where everything was. This cute cottage is very ideally located with nice beach decor and the perfect layout. You can walk next door for alcohol and down the street for an amazing beach, everything else we used the included golf cart. Kayaks and paddle boards are included but we didn’t get a chance to use them because we rented a boat every day through Harbourside. The only reason for the 4 star cleanliness is due to the slight scent of mold which my fiancé is sensitive to however this place is great and we absolutely recommend.

A week in Paradise

Was PERFECT for us. Sharon and Will are exceptional hosts. Sharon made everything so easy, from arranging a.Taxi from the airport, to the Ferry, and picked us up at the Ferry. She gave a tour, and showed the rental to us. The Hidden Gem is very comfortable, and clean, and accomadates a couple very nicely. A gollf cart for transportation comes with the rental and it was so much fun to explore, and go everywhere arond Spanish Wells, and Russell Island. They also provide Kayaks, and Beach Towels, Beach Chairs, and " Floaties" to enjoy that Beautiful Ocean! I HIGHLY Recommend Sharon and Will'S, Hidden Gem!

Spanish Wells Hidden Gem

Our stay at Hidden Gem was wonderful. The beach is close and easy to get to. We have stayed in a lot of homes but this one was wonderful due to the host! Sharon greeted us at the dock and drove us around the island and showed us local spots. It made venturing out with the golf cart very easy! I would highly recommend one of her properties to stay at. You just do not find that type of interaction and kindness very often! We will be back hopefully soon! Thank you Sharon!!!!

Birthday Vacation

I had a wonderful stay at Hidden Gem. It was perfect for me - great location to everything. Comes with the buggy which is a bonus. I was able to walk to the beach and spent my days there. Sharon picked me up at the dock and showed me around the rental. She’s so sweet and kind! I will definitely stay with her again, though my April dates are taken. Gotta book early!

Nice cozy place

This was a quick weekend getaway and Sharon’s place was the perfect spot for me and the husband. Although we did not cook, the kitchen was fully stocked. Place was very clean and comfortable. Sharon was also very accommodating in that she arranged the taxi and ferry service and picked us up at the dock. Would recommend staying here. She also has other places to rent on the same property.

Perfect stay for our Family of 4.

We recently stayed at a wonderful property in Spanish Wells, booked through VRBO, and our experience was outstanding. The property was spotlessly clean and its location was extremely convenient. Just a 2-minute walk away, we found ourselves on a beautiful soft pink sand beach with shallow waters stretching as far as the eye could see, resembling a huge swimming pool. Additionally, a liquor store was just a stone’s throw away and a small market within a 3-5 minute walk. The use of the half-cart ‘buggy’ was a plus for getting around and shopping at the Food Fair supermarket, which, notably, closes most days at 5 p.m. There was also a pharmacy, very handy in case you forget your medications (I recommend seeing George Russell). Sharon, our host, was wonderful and very helpful in arranging taxis and the ferry to the island. Among the must-do activities, I recommend renting a boat at Harbourside Rentals or taking a guided tour with Sharon’s nephew, among many other available options. Also, a visit to Papa Scoops for excellent ice cream (open from 7 to 10 p.m.) is a must, as is going to Buddhas for good food, drinks, and background country music. For a delightful meal, Wreckers. The Sand Bar, and Shipyard are excellent choices. The beach is perfect for relaxing or snorkeling. It was a fantastic place for our family of 4. We love Spanish Wells and its people. We’re eager to have the opportunity to return.

Very relaxing vacation

Cute little cottage just 2 minutes from a gorgeous beach! They have kayaks but we couldn’t use them because it was too windy. The house is very comfortable and well equipped. Sharon, the owner, was very responsive and very helpful. The golf cart was a big plus for exploring the island. It was a very relaxing vacation! Love Spanish Wells and Hidden Gem!

A week in paradise

All about our stay was perfect. Sharon is a wonderful host, picked us up at the dock and took us for a tour of the island, explaining everything we need to know. The property is very nice and clean with everything you need to stay like at home. House is walking distance to the paradise beach of Spanish Wells. Really looking forward to come back

Relaxing beach trip

The property was perfect for the two of us, great AC, comfortable king bed, the wifi was good we even brought our roku. The best part of the beach (still plenty of sand at high tide),was only steps away, cut through the cemetery then past one house. The outdoor shower before you came back inside was key. We have been to Spanish wells before but this was our first time being so close to town, it was nice being able to walk to Budda's and short buggy trip to restaurants. The host was extremely helpful, picked us up and dropped off at ferry, when our golf cart broke down one day they had another one dropped off in under an hour. We will definitely stay at this property again.

convenient to everything

Close to the beach, grocery store and every else with the included golf car. Used the bikes (and ferry) to bike to Ben Beach bay, Sapphire Hole and Preachers Cave on Eleuthera. Beautiful day trip! Just so people know ahead of time, the small island cemetery is right next door and walking through it is the shortest way to the beach. I enjoyed reading the headstones and have always enjoyed visiting cemeteries so I was fine. There may be others who have a problem with it, so just be aware. The beach isn't busy. I would find more starfish than people. It was very relaxing to walk through the water at low tide on the powdery sand. Used the kayaks to go around the island (go high tide) and out to the small islands off shore. Didn't find any areas to go snorkeling off shore. I hear you have to go out to the reef. Fun trip!

Very convenient to beach,Food Fair ,restaurants

We enjoyed our 2 night stay at Hidden Gem.The apartment was clean with all new appliances.We enjoyed the quiet,the outdoor shower,the easy walkable distance to what we wanted to do,even Papa Scoops! The owner gave us a ride to the dock on our way home since we had many bags to carry from Food Fair. We'll be back!

Staying in one of Sharon's rentals was beyond amazing. Well equiped, sparkling clean, and very comfortable. Spanish Wells holds a piece of my heart Sharon and Will live just down the road so anything they could do to help make your stay memorable and trouble free was beyond amazing. Beautiful island, kind people and sunshine. What more could you ask for?

Can’t wait to go back!

Can’t wait to go back! First off Spanish Wells is a wonderful place this would be our third time going there and second time staying at one of Sharon’s properties. There’s simply no downside it’s a beautiful island. If you’re looking for a nice romantic low-key adventure this is it, walk the white sand beaches taking in its natural beauty. As I look up my window on my home and it’s 19 below zero actual temperature, I really can’t think of any downsides to Spanish Wells can’t wait to return thank you Sharon for an enjoyable experience.

Wonderful Vacation

Spanish Wells is one of the most relaxing vacations we have ever taken. The ocean is amazing, food wonderful and fishing is great. Hidden Gem is a wonderful apartment for a week's stay while on vacation. It was comfortably furnished and well stocked. Sharon went out of her way to make us feel welcome, the apartment was immaculate and she even arranged transportation from the airport which included a ride from airport in N. Eleuthera to ferry and a ferry ride to Spanish Wells. We were met at the dock and taken straight to Hidden Gem. A golf cart was provided for the week for our transportation needs. I highly recommend a stay here.
