Farm House Cottage är en stuga med två sovrum, ett badrum som ger landet till hjärtat av den historiska Eureka Springs, Arkansas. Det stora sovrummet har en dubbelsäng. Det andra rummet är av dubbelt syfte, som innehåller en skräddarsydd Murphy-säng i queen size-storlek som fälls upp i väggen när den inte används. Detta rum har franska dörrar som öppnar till en pittoresk uteplats för utomhusmöte, spel eller gatuövervakning. Vardagsrummet har en utdragbar soffa i full storlek med en 39 tums TV och Blue Ray-spelare. Denna mysiga stuga erbjuder ett kök i full storlek utrustat med kylskåp, spis, mikrovågsugn, kaffebryggare, grytor och kastruller etc. Badrummet har jacuzzi och dusch. Farm House Cottage ligger på White Street som serverar butiker, konst och många restauranger inom gångavstånd. Centrala Eureka Springs ligger bara 5 minuters promenad där du hittar mer än 100 butiker och några av de mest intressanta byggnaderna runt. Farm House Cottage erbjuder endast gatuparkering.

Perfect place to stay! Quiet neighborhood. They had cookies for us upon our arrival!We were walking distance to a couple restaurants right down from the house and downtown and Crescent hotel. Would definitely recommend staying here!!

Farm House Cottage

We had a wonderful stay at the Farm House Cottage while being in town for the Eureka Springs Jeep Jam. This house is a great location. My husband was able to kick back and relax while my daughter and I could make the walk to shop and see the sites. The beds were super comfy and definitely recommend!

Getaway!

We stayed here for a two day BFF getaway. The cottage is very cute- great location. The trolley shuttle runs right in front of the cottage- takes you right downtown! Thank you for your hospitality!

Perfect Girls Getaway Retreat

Great location.... walking distance to downtown shopping and 2 great restaurants down street. This place is decorated to the “T”. Very comfortable beds and we loved the homemade chocolate chip cookies! Thanks for the great memories!

Quiet Bungalow Close to the Main Streets

This charming little home was so comfortable and inviting. The cookies awaiting our arrival were a great touch! The mattresses were so comfortable, coming from a very light sleeper. It was about a 10 minute somewhat hilly walk to the main streets which was perfect because parking can be a real issue downtown. I’d highly recommend this charming property if looking to stay near downtown Eureka Springs! Thank you for a wonderful stay :)

Adorable home in a great location!

The Farm House made for a perfect girls weekend spot!!! The trolley stop is literally across the street and even walking to the shops is close (but the walk home up the steep hill makes me thankful for the trolley!) Clean and cute with comfy beds! And being welcomed with homemade cookies is always a plus!! Thanks for a wonderful stay!!

Cozy with a great location!

We had a great time at the farm house cottage! The cottage is newly redecorated, very clean and well appointed! The linens were all nice and cozy. We were greeted by delicious cookies and loved the fresh flowers in the bathroom. My family of 5 (kids age 13, 6 and 4 mo.) were very comfortable, even though it's a small place. There is no wifi or cable, which resulted in a forced "unplugged" weekend for us, but this turned out to be a bonus! We played the games provided in the unit and enjoyed sitting on the porch. There is a DVD player, so future guests may consider bringing a few of their favorites. This location is a short walk to Spring Street and Main St, where you'll find plenty of shopping and dining. We would recommend this location to friends and would stay again!

Girls' getaway

There were 4 of us gal pals who wanted a place to stay for our short time in Eureka Springs. I would recommend the Farm Cottage for 2 people but not so much 4 people. It's a very small space and so the 4 of us were a bit crowded together. It was my mistake that I didn't read that it has only 1 bathroom. The second bedroom is actually a Murphy bed and is quite cramped. All of that said, the listing was probably accurate and I simply didn't read well enough. It was very clean and the cottage is quite cute - for 2 people. Thank you for the VERY yummy cookies!! What a "sweet" touch! The location was good. Street parking is always a challenge but we figured it out. I would stay there again, but with just my husband. Thank you Amanda and Victor.

Cozy Cottage, Great Location

This cottage was great for a girls' weekend in Eureka. It is clean, comfortable, and cozy. We loved the location. We were within walking distance of all the shopping, the ghost tour at the Crescent, the spa at Basin Park, and, of course, super close to Ermilio's! It does only have street parking, but we didn't have any trouble parking right by the cottage and we never moved the vehicle once we parked it.

Fall Break 2024

Had a great stay for two nights. Great location for a quick walk into town with access to nearby restaurants, shops etc. The house is nice, clean and comfortable and stocked with everything you need for a stay. The owners were very accommodating and responsive to communication. We would not hesitate to stay again.

A PERFECT stay!!

Property was so comfortable! Great attention to detail and decorated sooo cute! Very clean, everything just right! Owners so very attentive, down to the fresh baked cookies! You won’t be disappointed in this house…reminded me of how we grew up. Location to historic district was perfect which is what we wanted. So close to passion play and great Italian restaurant across street. What else could you want!!

Great stay!

The house was very clean and well appointed. We didn’t cook anything, so I can’t speak to that, but we had everything we needed. The location is excellent for walking to everything, but the parking situation is a bit tricky. The neighbors let us park in their driveway. Not sure what we would have done otherwise because there really isn’t a place to park on the street beside the house. Ermilio’s is a 1 minute walk, which is fantastic. Oh yeah, like everyone else said, the cookies were amazing!

Lovely Little Farmhouse Cottage

The kids absolutely loved the fresh Chocolate chip Cookies as soon as we arrived. It was the prefect distance to the shops and restaurants. The Cottage is very cute inside and we enjoyed having g the pull out bed for the babies and being able to have our own room as well close to them. We come every year to the Christmas parade from Oklahoma we will definitely be back.

Welcoming

Very nicely decorated house, clean and comfy. Wonderful bedding and soft plush towels. Had fresh cookies for arrival that kids ate immediately. Plenty of room and great location walking distance to Oscar's Cafe and Ermilio's Italian. Can even walk to downtown for shopping and such, although big hill for way back. I would definitely recommend this house for staying in Eureka Springs.

Great location, super cute!

The house was perfect! Exactly what we were hoping for and expecting. Walking distance to downtown, house was clean, bed was cozy, and the cookies on the coffee table gave in the perfect homey touch. We enjoyed our stay.
