Our house rules are indicated below, please review them carefully, as we set out strict measures for all rules listed. Thank you!`
1. No shoes to be worn inside the home.
2. Quiet hours are from 9pm-9am
3. No smoking on the property, including outside. If you must smoke, please find another location to smoke.
4. Pets must be registered.
5. No parties and/or large social gatherings. No events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays. Please be transparent and honest. Guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without a refund.
6. Check-in and Check-out times are MANDATORY unless scheduled and confirmed at a minimum of 24 hours in advance and if we are able to accommodate without double booking. Our cleaners are on tight schedules
7. Please do not damage/take or loose anything on the property. Please do not leave any personal belongings behind during your stay. We will not be held responsible for lost/ misplaced or stolen items.
8. If there is any maintenance issue, please contact us so we can send someone to fix it.
9. No unplugging of electronics like TVs, cable boxes, lamps, Roku sticks, etc.
