!!! Vackert nytt hus 3/4 mil från Hunter Mountain

Kom och njut av berget hela året. huset ligger i centrum av byn med gångavstånd till butikerna, biografen, restauranger och barer. Direkt tillgång till Schoharie creek från baksidan av huset där du kan spela volleyboll, basket och njuta av eldläger eller grill. Jag är ganska säker på att du kan spendera fantastiska kvällar på det stora däcket med badtunna och äta middagar. det finns två sovrum med 2 dubbelsängar i varje sovrum och badrummet på tredje våningen. sovrum fönster vetter mot Hunter berg där du kan se människor i skidbackarna. Andra våningen har 4 sovrum och 2 badrum. alla sovrum har tv och kabelbox med 150 + kanaler inklusive premium som HBO och stjärnor. två av sovrummen har balkong med utsikt över bergen. på första våningen finns det trevligt kök med formell matsal på ena sidan av huset och vardagsrum med öppen spis och biljardbord på andra sidan. du kan spela ping-pong fusball; x-box one kinnekt och PS3 på två olika tv-apparater. OCH MYCKET MER.

Perfect for large group

We had an excellent stay at this home. We had 12 adults and there was plenty of room for everyone - enough bedrooms and seats at the indoor and outdoor dining tables. The kitchen was well stocked with the essentials. We enjoyed the ping pong table, hot tub, and volleyball court. The view of the mountain was spectacular. The only downsides were some bugs, difficulty closing/opening the deck doors, and no direct creek access from the yard. Otherwise, no complaints!

A Pleasant Getaway!

This property has some nice features and some issues as well. Overall, it was a good place for our extended family of 15 to stay and be close to skiing.

Great location, great house

We had a fantastic time staying at this house. It’s very close to the skiing area. The dining area is big enough to fit a big group of people like us. The hot tub is a plus in this cold weather. The gaming area is pretty roomy. We will plan to come back in the future. Thank you!

Just as expected

Everything about property was as expected and as desired. Close to the mountain,clean and nice house. I'd say the grill is showing its age,but not a big issue for us for two night stay.

Friends Ski Getaway

Wonderful House

We had a great stay! The house is perfect for groups of 8-10 people. Has everything you could want and is a short walk to Hunter Mountain. We will be back!

Annual Hunter trip

Stayed at the property for an annual ski trip we do with a big group. Plenty of room to sleep, kitchen was well stocked for our needs. Property could use a little upkeep but nothing that would tarnish your stay and ability to have a relaxing/fun time with friends. Plenty of parking and things for kids to do. Would stay again.

The perfect ski/game house!

We had a great time! The place was clean and offered a ton to do! We loved all the games the house had to offer and the hot tub was amazing after a day on the slopes. The location to Hunter Mountain is unreal. It’s the perfect location for skiing. Andrzej was an amazing host. He communicated very well and was helpful when we had some questions. 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone! 🙂

Great weekend house

This house was perfect for our friends group of 5 couples. The outdoor area with firepit + hot tub gave us a place to enjoy the views of the mountain and the great spring weather. There are plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and everything was super clean. The beds are on the smaller side (doubles/full) and some rooms had 2 beds in them, but I'm not sure those would be useable for two separate couples - but they'd be perfect for kids/cousins/kids + parents. The house has some significant stairways to the 2nd and 3rd floors - so it's not for anyone that has challenges walking. Overall we LOVED the property and the host was fantastic through the whole process.

Cousins Weekend!

We had a great time at this beautiful property. The house was very clean upon checking in and the space was perfect for our group. The house had everything from dinnerware , utensils, small appliances etc. we didn’t need anything. The host was a pleasure to work with, he replied to me within minutes. We would all stay here again in the near future. If you are going in the winter to ski at Hunter, it’s the perfect location.

Great stay

This place had everything. Enough room for all of pur guests. A perfect backyard including a deck, hot tub, volleyball net and court, basketball hoop, and firepit. Our group was more than entertained in the house, taking full advantages of the ping pong table and the pool table. Nearby hikes for outdoorsy people. Nearby golf course. Nearby bars and restaurants. Perfect vacation place with friends! The host was always responsive to everything our group recahed out about. The host had someone bring dish towels to us one morning when we could not find any. Perfect host, couldnt ask for more!

Great weekend with friends

Property was everything listed and more. Well maintained inside and plenty of room for everyone to sleep. Kitchen and dining area perfect for gathering. Backyard was surprisingly large, fire pit well used. Many of the outdoor lightbulbs were burned out. Had they been working, the backyard would have been lit up nicely to spend more time outside.

NYE 2023 / NY 2024

We had a large group of longtime friends and this house was perfect. Each couple had their own room and only two couples had to share a bath. That was key. The kitchen table was also large enough to fit our big group. The property is less than a mile from Hunter Mountain for skiing and tubing and we listened to some live music while there. The property is also very close to some wonderful, hiking trails. Overall a good experience. We will definitely go back.
