☞Located next to the train tracks that are used by the famous Rail Runner that will take you to Santa Fe and Meow Wolf for a day trip.
☞ Doors are unlocked/locked with a key pad

☞ 450 sq. feet with modern design, Pull out sofa for extra guests, hot plate, and toaster over for convenient cooking.

☞ Please keep in mind the studio does not have a conventional stove/oven, or washer/dryer available at this time. We do however, have a hot plate, microwave, and toaster oven available for cooking needs.
☞ Parking on street only, as the small driveway cannot accommodate a vehicle and has been converted into a patio. Parking on the street is located right in front of the unit underneath the bistro lights.
☞ It should be noted that security cameras are placed on multiple locations around the out side of the property and the adjoining property. All recording devices are visible and are only located externally of the listing.
☞ South Broadway is a historic, evolving urban neighborhood where past and future meet. Here, you’ll find beautifully aged homes — from charming bungalows to Pueblo Revival styles — many lovingly restored by longtime residents and newer neighbors. Murals and local art mix alongside familiar front-porch life, and you’ll often spot folks strolling the sidewalks or chatting across yards, a testament to the community’s enduring spirit.
In recent years, the area has begun a gentle transformation: new investment is flowing in, including plans for a grocery market (El Mezquite) to fill a former storefront gap in the neighborhood. Also, there have been municipal calls for mixed-use and commercial redevelopment in nearby corridors, a local community center, cultural programs, and small-business initiatives are part of what makes this area a neighborhood in motion, not a static one.
The beauty here lies in that tension: old meets new, history meets possibility. While parts of the neighborhood show signs of transition, many blocks remain quiet, residential, and grounded in decades of lived experience.
You’ll find the community here is warm and grounded. Most guests comment on how safe and welcoming the streets feel once they settle in.
