We had a group of 6 that were very comfortable staying here for 3 nights. The location on Grandview has just that, a grand view of the Pittsburgh skyline. The main road is hilly so walking to the restaurants and the incline can be a bit challenging depending on your level of fitness but we did the walk several times during our stay. Overall a very well appointed, clean, newly renovated older home with character.

Great house in a great location. Very clean. The beds are really comfortable. Everything you need for your stay is there. You can tell they spared no expense on the updates. The Mt. Washington area is really nice. Excellent for walking to restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. Easy drive or Uber to downtown. I would highly recommend this house to anyone.

The home is beautiful. The home was clean. The beds are very comfortable. I wish we could’ve stayed longer. My only complaint is the traffic. The loud car is going up and down the hill the motorcycles until late into the night I’m not used to that amount of sound while I’m sleeping eventually we did all get used to it, but it was a little jarring at first. That said, I would stay there again! Beautiful views, great great spot for walking. My family felt very at home.

Great property, very clean, comfortable and was very well equipped with anything we needed- more so than any other rental we’ve stayed at. Would definitely stay again if we ever go back to Pittsburgh!

Truly enjoyed our stay. Location was excellent within a walkable community with quaint restaurants and bars. The property was well maintained with modern, upscale decor. It had everything we needed for our stay.

Property was in a great location on a bluff with beautiful views across the street. Centrally located to the ballpark, the Strip and most locations. House is beautifully decorated with high quality furniture and appliances. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were newly remodeled. Lots of extras to make your stay even more comfortable. Highly recommend this property and we would stay again if back in the area.

What a beautiful property in a perfect location and an incredible outdoor space as a bonus!! Mt Washington does not disappoint with beautiful city views and great restaurants. Having such a lovely and accommodating space to come back to in the evenings made for a perfect trip.

The home is beautiful and well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s spacious, clean, and in a safe neighborhood. Our only complaint is the road noise - it’s not your typical, high traffic, road noise but more so cars with loud mufflers revving their engines and driving by over and over again. Might be worth reaching out to the borough about as it did cause us to lose sleep. But also, understandably out of the owners control. The owner was gracious and very responsive throughout our stay! Thank you again, we had a great time.

We are glad you enjoyed your stay! The property is kept well-stocked for guests to experience a "home-away-from-home" feel. We are aware of the "revving" and loud vehicles. While it does not happen every night, it does happen enough for residents to complain to the City of Pittsburgh (unfortunately, they have not remedied the situation). As you mentioned, it is still a safe neighborhood and we are glad the noise did not deter from an enjoyable stay!

The house was well appointed, clean and updated. The beds were very comfortable and the house was well stocked. The property manager/owner was always quick to communicate and a pleasure to work with. Location is nice, with plenty in walking distance and just a short drive to others. Can be a little noisy at night with people/cars around the area, but when staying for a short time, it wasn't something that affected our stay.. overall, the place was wonderful and I would absolutely stay again.

The house was lovely and clearly recently remodeled. The location was great, walking distance to the Monogohela incline and restaurants on Shiloh Street. The house is well appointed with plenty of kitchen items and little touches like throw blankets, games and Pittsburgh themed items. A couple of small negatives were that the outdoor cushions were locked in the garage, despite our visit being in the summer. The host did offer to unlock them remotely but didn't respond when we requested them to do so the next day, after the weather finally cleared up. The firepit & grill also appeared to be out of gas, which we mentioned in the same message but received no response. Things happen and it wasn't a huge deal, just a bit disappointing to not be able to enjoy the outside area.I was also surprised to find holes in the wall in the attic room, with plastic covering them. The holes seemed to be from the a/c units being replaced at some point. Overall, it was a lovely stay in a great location. Would definitely recommend if you're visiting Pittsburgh.

Sounds like an overall great stay at our Pittsburgh property! The location is perfect for easy access to all the sights and bites Mt. Washington has to offer. It is true that the owner keeps the outdoor cushions stored away - it has been a rainy summer! Unfortunately, neither the owner nor the local contact that was provided received a message regarding the cushions or the gas tanks during your stay so we believe you may have been using an incorrect number. We would have been happy to give you access to the cushions and check the tanks during your stay! Upon check out, we did find that the grill and firepit both had gas in the tank - there are some instructions to help light as it can be tricky/different. As for the attic, we did just have an AC leak with the prior guest that needed fixed and has been taken care of. We did not have time to repair the holes between stays but will get them repaired ASAP.

Beautiful location, beautiful view of the overlook. Property Owner 24x7 able to communicate with. All the museums and sites that we went to were fabulous.Definitely would rent it again
