Step into Villa Prins, a warm and inviting home featuring over 1,600 sq ft of comfort. Enjoy a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and two master-style bedrooms that make group stays extra easy. Large windows and French doors let in natural light and provide easy access to the pool and patio area.
Youâll find all the conveniences of home, including:

2 Smart TV`s and Fast Wi-Fi
2 Primary bedrooms with both King bed and ensuite bathrooms.
Relax in your own screened-in pool, perfect for morning swims or evening lounging. The covered lanai includes outdoor seating and plenty of space to unwind after a day of exploring Floridaâs Nature Coast. Pool can be heated for a small extra charge.
Guests have access to the whole house, private pool and yard.
No more than 2 cars allowed per reservation.
Minimum Age Requirement: The primary guest must be 21 years of age or older. The person who made the reservation must be present at check-in, or must provide prior authorization if someone else in their party will check in.
Guest Limit: Only the number of guests listed on the reservation are permitted to stay at the property.
Parking: A maximum of three (3) vehicles is allowed per property.
Furniture: Please do not move furniture within the home.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily.
Cleanliness: Guests are expected to leave the property in a respectful condition upon departure.
