The heated pool is located directly on the intracoastal and the sunsets here are spectacular, perfect for a peaceful swim or a relaxing dinner on the patio while the boats pass by.

I manage vacation rentals and long term properties through my company Santanreaux Inc and I treat every home as if it were my own. I become my clients' "eyes on site". I communicate, I check, I organize, and I make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
I love working with international buyers because I understand what it feels like to arrive in a new country and not know who to trust. I speak Spanish, English and some French and Italian when needed, and I enjoy navigating different cultures. I also love the creativity of vacation rentals. I enjoy turning a simple condo into a place that guests remember, with excellent reviews and strong occupancy that makes the investment worthwhile.
When I am not negotiating contracts, promoting properties or staging a property, you will find me playing tennis with my kids, camping and backpacking or traveling somewhere new to recharge my ideas.
