The VRBO was very clean and inviting. We absolutely loved the oceanfront view from our window and kitchen. We especially enjoyed sipping our coffees during the early morning, watching the waves crash into the rocks. The hosts were very friendly and responsive.

Nice oceanfront getaway for a couple! Tom and Lucinda were excellent and responsive hosts. Quiet neighborhood, beautiful views, nice breeze, and we loved listening to the ocean. Pool is beautiful! Close to local beaches. Kalama Beach was our favorite!

Amazing property with beautiful views. The unit is just as described and pictured - a perfect ocean hideaway. Well appointed, clean, and made for a wonderful visit to Kailua. Did I mention the views? Incredible.

The apartment was quiet and everything the description was accurate. We had such a great time exploring all of the local hot spots and food. Check out the locals farmers market if ur in town worth going!

Amazing Vacation!

Perfect spot for a romantic Hawaii getaway. Loved falling asleep to the sound of the ocean. The pool was perfect for cooling off on hot days. Hosts were great! Would definitely stay again!

The view was amazing and it was a beautiful neighborhood and home. Only downside is we could hear people arguing through the walls.

The room is soundproof. It was constructed to be soundproof. There are even double doors entering the unit. There has never been an issue with sound coming from within the house. Two walls go to the outside of the house, and the other walls go to a stairway and a hallway above any rooms within the house.. We again tested sound by turning up the sound on TV's and blairing sound speakers within the house. They could not be heard in the unit. The sounds of the ocean and people can occasionally be heard through the ocean view. windows. The renter either heard someone outside the house or A TV they left on in their other room within the rental.

Beautiful views, comfy place

Nice place in a quiet neighborhood. The only downside we saw was that the beach really wasn't a beach - all rocky. The views of the ocean are great.
