The Salt Faced Mule Brewery is just down the hill from the house with great food, drink and mini golf + Weaverville has 3 breweries for you to explore.
Lake Louise Park is 5 min away with a paved walking/jogging trail, new playground, picnic tables and ducks!
Beaver Lake is also a quick 5 min drive. There is a walking trail there as well as at the Bird Sanctuary trails.
The home offers 1800 sq ft over 2 levels in an established residential neighborhood just north of Downtown Asheville.
