Allocate Upon Arrival
Hilton Grand Vacations uses an “Allocate Upon Arrival” system, meaning your specific suite is assigned at check-in. Photos shown represent a variety of suites across the property. Guests may request a preferred floor, building, or unit, and the on-site staff will do their best to accommodate, though requests cannot be guaranteed.

Check-In Requirements

The guest checking in must be at least 18 years old.

A valid photo ID and a credit card in the guest’s name are required.

A $100 credit card pre-authorization is collected at check-in (cash not accepted).

After booking, a confirmation will be emailed with your name listed as the registered guest within 10 days of your arrival date.

Changing the check-in name after submission requires a $99 name-change fee.

Damages, if any, will be charged at check-out by Hilton
