Summary:
Sunny and cheerful downstairs apartment filled with fun vibes! My apartment is located in the Old East End neighborhood of Burlington and is walking distance to restaurants of downtown Winooski (0.3mi), University of Vermont (0.5m), Church Street (1.8mi), and Lake Champlain (2.0mi), this comfortable space is the perfect home base for exploring Burlington!
The Space:
This first floor one-bedroom apartment in a historic home is my peaceful sanctuary that I share with others when I am traveling.
There is a private front porch entrance that will bring you into the kitchen. There is a separate dining space with a dining table.
Guest Access:
Guests will have private access to the entire downstairs apartment. Paved driveway parking is available for two cars on the right side of the driveway. Parking on the left side of the driveway is reserved for the upstairs tenants.
Getting Around:
The apartment is the bottom floor of a duplex on a dead end street. There are two driveway parking spots available.
Other Things to Note:
Note that we are close to Burlington International Airport and you may hear airplane traffic, both military and commercial.
Please note that smoking, parties and pets are prohibited.
Interaction with Guests:
I will be available by text or telephone to assist you during your stay.
