Great place! House was beautiful and clean. Had everything we needed. The beds were comfy too!The pool was great and warm. Would definitely stay here again.

The check in was great, we had an early arrival, however our flight was delayed. Had issue with air conditioning in one area but had quick response from owner. The pool was great and we loved the neighborhood. Traveled with our 85 year old father and the set up was perfect and safe. Our family really enjoyed our stay.

Our host Alan was amazing! He was very prompt in responding to my questions and very accommodating. The home was everything we could've hoped for. The little amenities and thoughtful touches made this home very welcoming and homey. From the Gnomes outside to array games to choose from, everything was perfect. If we are ever back here we would definitely love to stay here again! Thank you Alan, you are very much appreciated.

Not as good as we had hoped. The house was not cleaned very well, there was hair and other particles on the floor. The window sills and under the beds were very dusty along with things left from previous visitors under the bed. There was food left on the utensils put in the drawer and on a frying pan. The light above the table that was beige had something brown all over it like pop or something else exploded up onto it. There were ants on both sides of the house. The pool area was full of weeds in the stones along with kids toys left behind from someone The cement around the pool had standing water and green algae on it. It was not enticing at all. There was standing water and algae in front of both doors to the house. We tried to wipe off the chairs by the pool and got stung by bees. The one chair had bees in it. The toilet paper holder was coming off of the wall in one bathroom and the toilet in the other bathroom was wobbly like it was going to fall over. The bathroom with double sinks, one sink was plugged up and took along time to drain. The one side of the house had a really bad smell.. Here are some of the pictures Show quoted text

Thank you for choosing our home for your family's stay. We are so glad check in, communication, and the location were highlights for you. We are sorry the house was not at our usual standard. Items from earlier guests should never be there when you arrive, and we have tightened our turnover checks so it does not happen again. Bees can move into a spot overnight here in Florida, so if anything like that ever comes up during a stay, please message us and we will take care of it the same day. This home was made for families, with five bedrooms that sleep ten, a heated pool, and a BBQ out back. We hope to welcome you back.
