Ljusa, moderna och rymliga slut radhus (parhus) med gott om plats för större familjer. Det finns ett mycket rymligt sovrum med en ny king size-säng, sittgrupp, badrum med hörnblötläggning badkar, dubbla fåfänga / handfat och separat dusch, en 32 tums platt-TV med kabel och en ruta Wi-Fi bluray dvd / media, promenad -I garderob och egen balkong med utsikt över golfbanan. De andra sovrum är en drottning sovrum och tvåbäddsrum både på övervåningen med ett badrum med badkar / dusch. Det är en håla / lekrum nere med en mycket bekväm toppmodeller drottningen bäddsoffa och om det behövs mer sovutrymme finns en extra drottning bäddsoffa på loftet / landnings receptionen på toppen av trapporna. Boytan är öppen planlösning med ett fullt utrustat kök med gasspis och ugn, mikrovågsugn, diskmaskin, ny kyl / frys, vattenkokare, kaffe och espressomaskin, mixer, brödrost och alla användbara redskap och porslin etc ... Vardagsrummet är en mycket bekväm ljusa utrymme med gott om sittplatser för att koppla av och titta på 50 tums platt-TV och kabel med flera regioner blu-ray DVD-spelare. Mittemot köket finns en modern 6 sitsig dining set med läder (torka-stånd) stolar och bord i rostfritt stål. Om du vill njuta av utsidan mer än slå på den helt nya Weber gas BBQ och varva ner på den täckta uteplatsen / Lanai vid bordet / stol set. Alternativt gör 50 meters promenad över till gemensam pool och badtunna.

Beautiful home! My family and I enjoyed our stay. The home was very clean, comfortable and had everything you can possibly need. There were even books for children to read. Highly recommend this place to ny friends and family. Will book again.

Great location if you're looking to be close to Disney, but off property. Communication was great with Louise! She helped with dinner recommendations when our flight came in real late the first night. We'd definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at this Reunion townhouse. It was very well furnished and had everything needed to feel at home. We will certainly stay again.Our only issue was no internet for the week. Louise was very responsive and tried to help but six days and no results was disappointing.

Perfect location for my wife and I as we are pool and sun people. The home was clean and well equipped, Louise was the perfect host and extremely attentive. My only suggestions would be to replace the fridge with one that dispenses water and ice as using the portable ice machine is time consuming.Also the furniture is not really made for a taller person who is older and was hard to get up from but this is just a personal preference.

It was awesome! They had everything you could need and then some. The home was clean and comfy with so many amenities. It felt like home each and everytime we entered. My family and I loved it! Whether it is a family trip or couples trip I recommend staying here, you will not regret it!

Great Place

The property was clean and roomy. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Communication with Louise was excellent and I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for property in the Reunion area.

Great place to stay and close to Disney and Universal

This Reunion FL condo is a great place to stay when you have a family in tow. It's close to Disney, Universal Studios, and a Walmart. Plus the saltwater pool across the parking lot is a nice cap to a long day. Louise is an excellent host and super helpful when it comes to communication and things to do the area. This is our second time to stay and we plan to stay here whenever we come back.

Great as always!

This is the 3rd or 4th time we have stayed at Louise’s- it feels like home. It is very comfortable and spacious, everyone gets their own space. We will stay again; you cannot go wrong with this property. It has everything you need plus! Louise is the absolute best host; her communication is fantastic. Highly recommended!

Quiet Getaway

This home was by far one of the best places I have stayed in the years I’ve been visiting Orlando. The location was ideal, close to all of the attractions. We will definitely be staying here in the very near future. We appreciated all of the amenities they provided for my granddaughter. She totally enjoyed the books, puzzles and games. The kitchen was completely stocked with everything we needed. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and fully stocked. Great home and host!

Beautiful home!

We absolutely loved this home! We have stayed in several VRBO properties over the last 3 years and my whole family agrees that this has been our favorite. So many amenities that we were not expecting. We wanted for nothing. Very clean! Louise, the owner and contact for the property, is a doll! We will definitely check back here for availability in the future for our next Orlando stay!

Wonderful stay in Reunion

We booked a 2 week stay for my husband, infant daughter and mother-in-law. Upon arriving, the home was clean, had a homey feel and thanks to Louise’s detailed instruction everything was incredibly easy to find. This was especially true for the many children and baby items throughout the house. Louise had absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable stay with a baby and more! We couldn’t be happier with her attentiveness and responsiveness when we reached out. We will definitely recommend this home and stay again!

Wonderful stay over Thanksgiving holiday!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Louise, the owner, was extremely helpful and very responsive to any questions or inquiries that we had. We were travelling with another family (9 people total), and Louise made sure that we had everything we needed for our stay. She even made sure that we had kitchen utensils necessary to make Thanksgiving dinner as she knew we would be there over the holiday. The unit was exactly as described and provided ample sleeping room for all of us (4 adults, 5 kids). The unit was especially convenient as it was directly across the street from the community pool. Our kids loved this pool! It was heated, and the kids would spend many hours in it each day. Even though this unit came with access to the water park, our kids still chose the community pool, which was very private - in fact, we usually had the entire pool to ourselves! Louise was also very accommodating - allowing us to check in early on our day of arrival and check out late on on day of departure. This helped greatly as it made our stay feel that much longer. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!!!!

Another Great Stay!

This was our second year staying at this property. Both times we visited over the Thanksgiving holiday, and once again we were very pleased with our stay. Louise could not have been more helpful. She was very responsive and made sure that everything was ready prior to our arrival. She even made sure we had groceries at the house the evening of our arrival as she knew we would not be getting in until late (a service provided by her property manager, JoAnne Costello). We had one minor situation during our stay - a small leak in the master shower. I contacted Louise who contaced JoAnne right away and in less than an hour JoAnne and a contractor were at the house to assess the situation. The next day (keep in mind this would be the day before Thanksgiving), the shower was fixed with no further issues the rest of the week. There was little to no inconvenience to our family as we were out of the house most of the day anyway, and we could not have been happier with the turnaround time to address and fix the problem. This house is clean and well kept with plenty of room for our family of five. Our kids love the convenience of the pool across the street, and having access to the waterpark and golf is a big plus. We hope to continue the tradition of visiting Florida over the Thanksgiving holiday and would definitely stay here again and again! Thank you again, Louise, for another great experience!

Loved our stay!

We loved this property! The host was very attentive to making sure we had a nice stay. We were in Orlando for a soccer tournament at the ESPN wide world of sports and this location was perfect. The pool and hot tub are right there as well!

Louise Home was fantastic we have being travelling for 25 years to Orlando area we have had some bad rentals and didn't stay as late this summer members of our family stayed in Solterra Resort what a nightmare for them Louise home had every thing you would need like your own home even more spot less clean every thing worked great communication location fab pool 100 yards away heated very quite clean resort 1st class have booked already for our return thanks Louise

Great family stay

The house was perfect for our family with 2 young children (ages 2 and 5). Plenty of space for ourselves, the kids and grandparents. Louise was amazing to deal with and very attentive. The extra kids items were such a nice added bonus. (Toys, potty, kids dinnerware, strollers, puddle jumpers for the pool).

Awesome

Louise is an amazing hostess. She was super helpful during our stay and extremely flexible with our schedule. We were coming down with three kids and found out that Hurricane Ian would be passing through the area the same day we were driving down. Louise checked in on our travel plans before and during our drove down and offered to cancel our stay if it got too bad or too many places were closed. We decided to come down anyway and take our chances. She also checked in on us after we got settled and provided information for things to do in and around Reunion. We will definitely stay with Louise again the next time we come down.

We live outside of the US but love visiting Orlando with our two young children so we wanted to make it a permanent place for holidays. Therefore we have set up our new Orlando home as we would our permanent home with care and extras so it is a home from home.

Varför värden valde detta boende

As a family we have spent quite a few holidays in Orlando and have tried several types of accommodation, hotel, condo hotel and home rental. When we stayed in a Reunion townhouse we found it to be the most comfortable, relaxing and highly cost-efficient way to stay. Reunion is ideal for all lengths and types of stay, with the facilities, location and amenities of a highly rated hotel resort combined with the privacy and comfort of your own home.

Every year we stay in our house as our home from home, this year July 2021 - Pandemic - we finally got to our house after a long break and improved/updated the outdoor spaces and added new 70 inch Smart TV in the living room, and therefore a TV in the twin bedroom and all the TVs have Direct TV much to my children's delight.
We always want the guests to enjoy the house and area for their special times as much as we do.
2024 - we added a PS4
2025 - new toilet
2026 - added new Samsung smart gas range, Maytag full size top loading washing machine and serviced the AC, water heater and Garage door. New shower heads installed too! And new front door locks.
Carpets are cleaned each year.

We have renovated this property with thoughtful care and attention to detail - with modern lighting and feel, all new furnishings and we have included a number of very helpful accessories for families. Save dragging along your baby supplies on holiday: a crib, highchair, potty, sterilizer, sleep monitor, stairgate and more are all provided in the house.
Apart from being a spacious house in a lovely setting, just steps away from the community pool and a view down the 17th hole of the Tom Watson Course, there are all of the features of Reunion Resort to use. The Reunion location is perfect for all the various parks yet still quietly tucked away enough to have relaxation time away from them in all the comfort of your own home. You are only a few minutes to all Reunion resort facilities and to retail outlets including take-away dining options etc..You can decide to go 12 minutes to Disney Coronado Springs for dinner, Animal Kingdom, 15 minutes to the outlet shops or Disney Springs, 30 minutes to Mall of Millenia and Universal Walk way and resort. Also for Andretti racing or top golf. We are located off the 429 making it easy to loop round to Orlando’s camping world and Kia centre and avoid the I4. Orlando airport is 25 mins drive with light traffic and Tampa 60 mins to 75.
We visit our home from home every Summer and keep it maintained and improved for you to enjoy our home from home too..
