Come enjoy this Skaneateles Lake, gated year-round vacation home with expansive 368 feet of private water frontage, completely renovated and offering a private Adirondack style paradise. This spectacular property is within 17 min of the village of Skaneateles (voted #1 of Americaâs Best Small Towns to Visit) and the many shops, restaurants and activities it has to offer. For guests seeking luxurious seclusion; this well-appointed hideaway can be accessed 3 seasons; affording exceptional views from multiple decks, level waterfront including permanent dock, lakeside âboathouseâ, shale beach; and a waterfall. This exquisite property features 2 full levels of living. The main floor hosts a pristine white kitchen opening to a Great room and massive deck perfect for entertaining. Additionally, this level offers a primary suite with private waterside balcony, 2 additional bedrooms, and full bath with laundry. The lower level presents a cozy family room, lakeside bedroom and bunk room, as well as bonus room with additional sleeping options, full hall bath, and covered deck with hot tub. The bonus room does require an additional fee of $450.00. This special waterfront retreat is perfect for families or friends looking to enjoy water sports, hiking, and ultimately relax, in a tranquil sanctuary. Skaneateles Cottages is very excited to be offering this property to guests to enjoy and create lakeside memories.
RENTAL RULES AND REGULATIONS
Location: 130 Locust Lane, Moravia, NY 13118
1. CHECK-IN TIME IS 4 P.M. EDT AND CHECK OUT IS 10 A.M. EDT.
2. This is a NON SMOKING building.
3. Pets are NOT permitted under any circumstances and this includes your guestâs pets.
4. SECURITY/RESERVATION DEPOSIT- A security deposit is required. The SECURITY deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable. In order to be fully refunded guests need to return property as it was received. Meaning guest clean up after themselves so that cleaners can focus on cleaning/laundry. If you make a mess clean it up as you would in your own home.
7. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of overnight/daytime guests is limited to 12 persons and no more than a total of 15 people on premises at one time. Parking is limited to four overnight vehicles and two additional vehicles permitted during the day.
8. NO DAILY MAID SERVICE â While linens and bath towels are included in the cottage, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit bath towels or linens to be taken from the house. We ask that the cottage should be returned as it was received. Please complete the provided checkout checklist prior to departure. It is essential for guests to follow the checkout checklist if they intend to receive a full security refund.
10. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS â Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in.
11. WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS â Any exceptions to the above-mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance. Reasonable request will be considered and provided to the best of my ability.
12. Parking â Parking is limited to 4 overnight vehicles with 2 additional vehicles during the day. Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees and is the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
13. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables.
14. By accepting the reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risks of any harm arising from their use of the premises or to the others whom they invite to use the premise.
15. Your expected to be âgood neighborsâ: No loud or late partying. Quiet hours begin at 10pm.
16.Accidents happen. Let us know rather than let us find. We prefer to be informed so we can mitigate the situation and resolve it successfully prior to next guest. The property is inspected after each stay.
16.Septic System: To protect the septic system, and ultimately the water quality of the lake and prevent costly repairs; there are a few easy to follow guidelines during your stay. Please review septic information and share with all guests staying or visiting the property.
