Charming Artistic Retreat Near UGA Veterinary School! Step into this unique 2-bedroom, 1-bath home, once the art studio of Benny Andrews, now a delightful haven filled with local art. The home features an airy loft bedroom and a cozy bunk room, perfect for guests or an office. Enjoy the warmth of all-wooden floors, a modern walk-in shower, and a lovely screened-in porch for relaxing evenings. The kitchen boasts elegant cabinetry. Don't miss this artistic gem just minutes from the University of Georgia's veterinary school! One month minimum. Smoke and Drug free home.
IMPORTANT: Before receiving check-in instructions, you must sign our rental agreement. Failure to do so will result in cancellation without a refund. If you would like to review our rental agreement before your reservation, just request a copy and we will send you one.
Travelease Protection: We want you to have a worry-free vacation, which is why we offer our travelease protection program when you book with us. With this program, you'll have coverage for up to $200 in accidental damages. Plus, we understand that plans can change, so we offer the flexibility to cancel your reservation for any reason up to 14 days before check-in for a 100% refund, and a 50% refund for 7 days (minus the Travel Ease protection fee). Additionally, if the weather takes a turn for the worse, you'll have the ability to reschedule your stay. So, rest easy knowing that we've got you covered.
Pets are welcome on the premises, and a pet fee of $125 applies. Please ensure to inform us in advance to secure authorization for bringing a pet. You are required to clean up after your pet, including waste or additional charges may apply.
