Known for scenery, outdoor activities, and wildlife, Golden has been a primary vacation destination for couples and families with many things to see and do. To make the most of your trip, we always recommend that guests bring their car to see all Golden has to offer.
-There is ongoing construction of the commercial units on the ground floor of the building. Tenants will be operating during standard business hours; however, weekend work may occur when necessary.
-We have one dedicated parking spot for our guest`s use.
-Guests must first enter the building using the intercom. Once inside, they can access the parking garage located at the back of the building. While waiting to open the garage door from the inside, guests may temporarily park in the open area parking located in front of the garage.
-The underground parking has a maximum height capacity of 5.8 ft.
-Late departure luggage drop-off is not allowed.
-AC is located in the living room. It is not a centralized system.
Welcome to your home away from home! We have created a set of house rules to guide you through your stay. These are designed to protect our property, respect our neighbors, and ensure everyone has a pleasant experience.
Please take a moment to review our house rules, which include the following:
1. If faced with an unexpected problem inside the unit, guests must constructively collaborate with us in good faith and allow access so we have an opportunity to provide a resolution.
2. We strive to create a positive guest experience for everything within our unit. Guests shall not hold us accountable for things outside of our scope including, issues with travel, weather, events, construction, building matters or issues external to our unit.
3. Quiet hours are from 10PM to 6AM. Please keep the noise down during these times. No parties, gatherings or events.
4. Smoking of any kind is NOT allowed inside the property and the entire building premises.
5. Unauthorized early check-in and late check-outs will result in a charge of the nightly rate.
6. Unauthorized late check-out leading to the cancellation of upcoming guests will result in a charge equivalent to the next guestâs entire reservation.
7. This unit has a maximum capacity of 7 guests. Unregistered guest/s is strictly not allowed.
8. NO PETS allowed
*Breach of any of the above House Rules may result in a fine of $200-500 (except #5 as it will be based on the nightly rate and #6 as it will be based on the next guestâs entire reservation).
9. We are not able to assist or accommodate in receiving mails.
10. Please check your belongings before you leave. Hosts are not liable for any lost or left items. While mailing could be arranged, any related costs will be covered by the guest.
