Bright 2BR cottage in the gated Beach Dreams resort with a heated pool, hot tub, fitness center, arcade, and pickleball. Includes beach gear (chairs, umbrella, towels), central A/C, fast WiFi, and an in-unit washer/dryer. Quick 5-min drive to Wells Beach and close to Ogunquit. Perfect for families, couples, and relaxing coastal getaways.
Bedroom 1: Queen bed, ceiling fan, soft linens, bright windows â a peaceful spot to recharge.
Bedroom 2: Two twin beds, ceiling fan â perfect for kids or friends.
Living Room: Comfortable sofa, smart TV, and space to relax.
Full Bathroom: Tub/shower, fresh towels, toiletries, and light, airy finishes.
Kitchen & Dining: Fully equipped kitchen, cookware, dishware, Keurig, dishwasher, and seating for four â great for family meals.

The cottage is located toward the back of the community. Itâs a short walk to the courts and just a bit farther to the main clubhouse pool, where all guests swim. A foldable wagon is provided to make the walk easy for families.
