Welcome to your Colorado Springs getaway! This single-level duplex offers 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and 780 sq. ft. of inviting living space. Designed for comfort and functionality, it's ideal for travelers, remote workers, or families in transition.
The main bedroom features a comfortable king bed and generous closet space, while the second bedroom includes two twin sized beds, sleeping up to four guests comfortably. The living room's plush seating, fireplace, and 55" Roku Smart TV create the perfect space to unwind after the day's adventures.
Enjoy a full kitchen equipped with everything you need: Formica countertops, Keurig coffee maker, blender, toaster, and cookware. The in-unit washer and dryer make extended stays easy, while mini-split systems keep the home comfortable year-round. With 800 Mbps internet and a dedicated workspace, working from home has never been smoother.
