The Space:

Step inside and feel how the natural light fills the open living space. The living room invites you to settle in on the wraparound couch, queue up a movie on the smart TV, and simply relax. The kitchen is fully equipped for effortless meals, with drip and Keurig coffee options to start your mornings and counter seating for four for casual conversations while cooking. When it’s time to gather, the dining table for six sets the scene for family meals and late-night card games.



Slide open the door to the private balcony, where the tree-lined shoreline paints a calming backdrop. Here, you’ll find a grill and table for four—perfect for slow breakfasts in the fresh air or dinner as the sky softens toward dusk. This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, a queen size sleeper sofa, a cable TV, a wet bar with a mini fridge and a drip coffee maker, as well as an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, a cable TV, deck access, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Lot parking for 2 vehicles available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Parking pass required and can be found in the unit.

• A designated parking area is available for trailer parking. A parking tag is required and can be found in the unit.

• This home is pet-friendly. A maximum of 1 dog, 30 lbs or less, may be brought to this home. If you are bringing a pet, the required pet fee is $125.

• The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

• This home is a walk-down unit with 16 steps required to reach the main entrance.

• Portable crib provided.

• Long-term stays allowed.

• Please note that there is no courtesy dock available for boat mooring.
