A relaxing beach vacation

The house was everything we expected! It was clean, great house to cook in and hangout on the nice back deck. It’s on a quiet street, right by the beach. It had great parking for a small boat and golf cart. We had a wonderful time!

Another wonderful stay

This was our 2nd year in a row staying at Elizabeth's and it was perfect once again. She's an excellent host and clearly goes above and beyond to accommodate for her guests. The house is perfect for a family/friends beach vacation and comes with all the important features...we can't wait to go back!

Great house, great location!

We had a beautiful week on Gasparilla Island and this house was perfect for our family trip. The location was so convenient for beaches, trips into town for ice cream, dinners and sunsets. The house was well appointed, served us very well, four adults and two kiddos. Elizabeth was very attentive and very responsive to any questions we had, would highly recommend.

Beach getaway

We loved this home, so beautifully appointed and just the right size for our small family. Very child friendly and an easy quick walk to a beautiful beach. Rent a golf cart to get the best access to the quaint village and shops. You will feel like a local if you do!!!

Boca Grande as I remember it!!

After a 40 year hiatus between the las time I was on Boca Grande, this rental most completely captured the feel and timeliness style that I do fondly remember. The house is spotless and fully equipped with anything and everything you would need or want. It’s in a great location, very close to the beach and just a few blocks south of “downtown”. We would rent it again in a heartbeat!!

Perfect spot for an easy and happy stay!

We had a wonderful time at this lovely and clean property. It was perfect - comfortable, easy, convenient, clean, and had all of the comforts of home without being cluttered. 3 Night island getaway

This is our second stay at your property on Pilot Street. We stayed there for ladies day Tarpon tournament 2017 and ladies day tarpon tournament 2019. The house is beautiful and well-maintained. However the master bedroom is very hot compared to the rest of the house. This may be due to inadequate insulation/ being above parking and garage area? Also I believe there is a downstairs area?The first year we used downstairs, but this year it was locked? Overall nice location and enjoyable stay.

Nice place

Overall it is a nice, clean house. The only thing that can be improved is the flooring in one of the bedrooms. It was the only bedroom in the house with carpet and the carpet was pretty gross---very stained with no padding. We also had issues with the Nest thermostat. It kept changing from what we set it to, to 77 degrees during the night. Elizabeth was very responsive and tried to help fix the problem. Loved the location--close to town and across the street from the beach.

Great location!!! Super close to beach— you could walk. Right on golf cart/bike path. Super clean and bright. Large driveway made it easy to navigate with F250 towing a golf cart. Outdoor shower to rinse off sand, plenty of couches inside and out.
