We chose this location because it has everything travelers want—walking distance to the beach, just steps from Gleason Park, close to great local restaurants, and minutes from Kennedy Space Center. Set in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood and only 1–1.5 hours from Disney and major theme parks, it’s the perfect home base. Plus, the backyard is a true oasis with space for yard games, a heated private pool, and a hot tub—everything you need for relaxation and fun when you’re not out exploring.
