We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The home was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the inside was just as described. The host was also very easy to communicate with and quick to respond. We were doing activities at Missouri State University and the location was convenient for our stay. We felt comfortable and never felt unsafe during our stay. The neighborhood itself was not our favorite, but we really enjoyed the house and had a positive experience overall.

Everything was great. We had a nice, relaxing weekend. The only complaint is in the summer the upstairs is quite a bit warmer but they had plenty of fans. Oh, and watch you head when coming down the stairs.

We enjoyed this excellent property near downtown Springfield as our home base for a few days of exploring the Springfield area. The home was spotless upon arrival. The kitchen was well-equipped and highly functional. The close proximity to several sites we wanted to visit helped us to use our time efficiently. The off-street parking was safe and efficient. Overall, it met all of our needs and made our stay very enjoyable.

This is one of the cleanest houses I have ever rented! Both bathrooms were very updated, modern and CLEAN. All the appliances seemed new, plenty of lights and kitchen utensils. The craftsman style of the house was charming. I had a question for the host and was quick to receive a call once I reached out.

Went for a bowling trip, there was enough room for 7 adults and 3 kids. Loved the feel of the house. Beds were comfortable and both bathrooms looked to be recently remodeled. The kids loved the smart fridge and spent hours dancing in the kitchen.
