Clean and comfortable

We have stayed at this property numerous times over several years. We have always found it to be clean and comfortable. The newly renovated bathroom and laundry was a pleasant surprise.Location wise it’s within walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants and walking trails.

Mixed opinions

This property is need of a lot of TLC, the garden out the front needs to be cut away from the path to make access to the house easier. This property needs professional cleaners in as it was disgustingly dirty , mouldy bowls in the cupboards lots of hair on toilet floor and the roof looks to be held together by very thick and dusty cobwebs , very disappointing

Basic accommodation in good location

We stayed for 3 nights with our 3 children aged 5-12. The stairs made me very nervous with our 5yo - they are quite steep and the only queen size bed is on the lower floor so if you have children that don’t sleep all night keep that in mind as they are coming down those steep steps to come to you. Would be better suited to adults and teens I would think. Also we noticed a lot of noise at night (loud music) which potentially was coming from the bowling club. The house is basic and dated but the price reflects this somewhat. No decent knifes so BYO if your wanting to cook 😅 , we only found one “sharp” knife which was bent at the end and a bread knife which made cooking at home tricky. Beds in need of an update - very well loved and squishy. Handy having a washing machine onsite although limited hanging space outside. Great location but not well suited to families with young children

nice little place to stay

overall this was a nice place to stay, the 2 bedrooms on the top floor had "attic style" ceilings which made it a little hard for some of my family as they were well over 6 feet tall, other than that it was good

Great Location

Carnival Update

We used the accommodation for the recent Echuca Veterans cricket carnival. Catered well for 4 adults. Clean and tidy and a great location, close to Moama Bowling Club and Moama shops. Pleased to recommend this location.

Nice place

The place was better than I expected. It’s a bit old but got things you need. It would be good if there is washing powder there to use washing machine. Need foil to use the oven and not provided. Mention the check out was at 11 but later on gotten changed to 10. All these were okay with me and we worked around it. But thought to mention to others who would using this property in future. Overall I’m happy with the place and recommend to others.

Summer stay

We had a pleasant and enjoyable stay and look forward to returning next year. The villa was clean and tidy. Access to the apartment was good and is located close to the bowling club which is great.

Great family stay

The apartment is comfortable, clean and well designed with enough room for the 6 of us. It was well located just over the bridge in a quiet neighbourhood. However the walk to the Port of Echuca was a little trying in the heat.
