Dining: A bright, welcoming space with a dining table for 8 and seating for 4 more at the island—perfect for shared meals.
Main Living Room (Lower Level): Cozy seating for 6–8 with a Smart TV and patio walkout—ideal for movie nights or rainy-day hangouts.
Bar Lounge (Lower Level): A stylish wet bar with a café table for wine, cocktails, or game-night snacks.

★ Coastal Maine shoreline for beach-combing, tide pooling, or launching kayaks

Guests will have access to all described rooms and amenities. Entry is simple and secure with a smart lock your personalized code will be provided before check-in.
The entire home is heated and cooled with central air.
There is parking for 4 vehicles total, 2 cars can park in the garage, 2 in the driveway, and 2 more can park on the street directly in front of the house. Guests CANNOT park at the bottom of the street. This area must be accessible for our wonderful neighbors.
DOG GUIDELINES:
By booking, you accept responsibility for any damage/extra cleaning your dog causes during the stay. No dogs left home alone, no exceptions. 2 dog maximum, 30lb maximum each. $200 pet fee applied to reservation.
