Perfect for extra space, privacy, and room to unwind! Inside you'll find a living room, sunroom, 3 bedrooms, full kitchen, Jack and Jill bathroom, and washer/dryer. In addition to only being 1 mile away from the interstate, this location is ideal for a convenient stay. You'll have the downtown lifestyle and sparkling gulf coast at your finger tips.

My husband and I are so excited to host you at our home! This space really is our little slice of "home" as we are local. My husband and I grew up right here on the Gulf Coast, and after traveling around, we realized
Pensacola truly has it all-
sugar white beaches, history, award winning food, family fun, nightlife, and of course, the Blue Angels.

Our hope is that while you're here, you feel comfortable, relaxed, and able to enjoy everything Pensacola has to offer. Please don't hesitate to reach out. We are always happy to share recommendations, give tips, or just hear how your trip is going!

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

We wanted to live downtown because this is what we think of when we hear “Pensacola”. I love that everything is close, and you can even walk to most places. Local coffee shops, restaurants, breweries, parks, you name it. We like to say that Pensacola is the perfect “small big city”.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

This home was built over 100 years ago in 1920. We still have the original hardwood floors! In a growing area with condos and hotels being built swiftly, we want to cherish this hidden gem.
