Located in the quiet, tree-lined community of Leonia, NJ, the home is just 15–20 minutes from Manhattan by car and also walkable to NJ Transit bus routes with service to both the George Washington Bridge Bus Terminal and Midtown Manhattan (Port Authority). Fort Lee, Englewood, and Hackensack are all nearby, and the area is home to Trader Joe’s, Target, H Mart, and multiple hospitals and schools.

The Hudson Loft is the full upstairs unit of a two-family home, with a private entrance, no shared interior spaces, and smart locks for easy self check-in.
