Välkommen till vårt paradis "Secret garden Juan Les Pins" (leta gärna upp vår egen sajt på Internet för mer information och bättre villkor)
Underbar, ny 3-rums lägenhet med privat trädgård och stor terrass i sydväst-läge. Perfekt för familjen eller två vuxna sällskap. Lägenheten ligger mitt i lyx-domainen Juan Flore, rätt vid stranden mellan JuanLesPins och Golfe Juan. På domainen finns ett stort pool-område med separat barn-pool. Stora poolen har en konstgjord strand. Observera att poolen är endast öppen sommartid (normalt 1/6-30/9).
Lägenheten har två separata sovrum, ett med bred dubbelsäng (180), samt ett med 'Familjesäng' (2+1). Extrasäng finns tillgänglig.
Separat toalett, samt badrum med badkar. Separat fullt utrustat kök. Vardagsrum med soffgrupp samt stor matavdelning. TV, DVD, WiFi, musikanläggning. Härlig insynsskyddad, häckomgärdad trädgård och stor terrass med elektriska markiser. I trädgården finns en utomhusdusch installerad. På terrassen finns både soffgrupp och matbord samt en weber gas-grill. Trädgården sköts av trädgårdsmästare. Till lägenheten hör en privat parkeringsplats bredvid trädgården.

Lägenheten ligger i Domain Juan Flore som ligger precis vid en härlig lång sandstrand. Gångavstånd in till JuanLesPins. Strax brevid domainen finns shopping-plaza med stor välsorterad mataffär samt flera bagerier, caféer och restauranger.

Domainen ligger ca 20 min med bil från Nice Flygplats. Det finns direktbuss från flygpatsen som stannar stax utanför domainen. Bil är inte nödvändigt, då det är gångavstånd till allt. Taxi-tjänsten UBER fungerar utmärkt om man vill ta sig till Antibes.

En obligatorisk städavgift om 150EUR betalas på plats till vår meet-and-greet person. Om man vill hyra lakan och handdukar finns möjlighet till det för 25EUR/set.

Lovely apartment

Have just come back from 2 weeks in this lovely apartment in Juan Flore. The owner Ebba went out of her way to give us information and make us welcome before our stay. The meet and greet Lady Laurence was fantastic. We arrived at the complex before lunch and Laurence let us put our cases in the apartment and get the bracelets to use the pool while she finished cleaning. When we came back from our swim we opened the fridge to find water, milk and a bottle of rosé to welcome us. What a lovely start to our holiday! My friend was staying in another apartment on the same complex and after a long flight from Australia had to go straight to the supermarket to buy toilet paper! The apartment is hot in august but the fans really help at night. Ebba has a lovely garden, the pool is nice and clean and it is walking distance to the beach. I thoroughly recommend this apartment especially to families with children. We had a wonderful time!

Absolutely fantastic!

We couldn’t speak more highly of this property or of dealing with Stephanie on both check in and check out. My wife injured herself upon our arrival in Marseille and Stephanie was so helpful in allowing us to check in a day late due to Linda’s surgery. Stephanie was also so helpful in offering to take us to her own doctor if needed during our stay. The property itself was clean, cozy, and very well appointed with everything a guest could need to make our stay feel like home. Shopping was close by and within walking distance, as was access to the beach. It was cozy and relaxing, and a perfect place to unwind and recharge. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and highly recommend this property. If we are to come back to the Antibes area, we will undoubtedly return to this beautiful apartment.

Wonderful - Would stay again

We loved the convince to the pool and the beach. Outside porch was wonderful. Communication with owner as well as property manager was great. Loved having some AC in the bedrooms as it was HOT in late July. Condo had everything we needed. Public transportation was easy - bus stop a short walk and train stop about 1 mile walk. I would totally book this condo again for another family vacation. My kiddos as well as myself didn't want to leave!!

Erholsame Ferien

Die Vermieterin und der Empfang in der Ferienwohnung war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage war für uns ideal, zentral und trotzdem ruhig, nahe am Sandstrand. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet, gepflegt und mit wunderschönem Umschwung.

Lovely apartment in great location

We had a fab four days at this apartment (despite some weird August weather). The apartment itself is perfect and while there is no A/C as such in the living room, there is in the bedrooms and so this was not an issue at all. The location is great, in a nice somewhat "old school" development of apartments around a massive and really clean and well maintained pool. The property manager Stephanie was great and communication with her before our trip and to arrange check out was perfect. The location is good and while not quite easy walking distance to either Golfe Juan or Juan les Pins (not with a 5-year old anyway...) it was an easy 5-10 min drive to each so no issues at all! Would definitely happily stay here again as a great base on the Cote d'Azur.

Übergabe top, verlässlich und unkompliziert. Wohnung war sehr Sauber - Ausstattung top. Einzig die angepriesene und auch auf Fotos ersichtliche Rutsche gibt es nicht, was gerade bei der Buchung mit Kindern sehr schade ist wenn sowas einfach nicht da ist. Im Kühlschrank waren leider noch offene Sachen von einem vorigen Gast oder Mieter was doch etwas grauslig ist. Ansonsten alles wie beschrieben, klar sieht man der Wohnung und der Terrasse etliche Gebrauchsspuren an, und auch da und dort etwas Renovierungsbedürftiges - aber da haben wir Österreich wohl doch noch etwas zu hohe Ansprüche Daher eine klassische 3 von 5. gerne wieder und liebe Grüße

Great communication from the owner as soon as I had booked. Apartment is well located near the beach and Juan les Pins There was everything we could have needed in the apartment from a well equipped kitchen to a BBQ and sun loungers. Great outdoor space too. Comfy beds and lots of space and storage. Great for families. Highly recommended

Good location of the appartement. But the appartement was not clean at all, linnen (topper is bloody and duvet too) was not washed, plates and glasses were oily, dish washer smells to hell, BBQ can not be used due lack of cleaning. Not even the mirrors were cleaned. Bathrooms are tiny and in very bad condition. Milk was not available as written and the freezer contained food from someone renting the appartement before.

Perfect Location

We had a fabulous week in this property. The apartment is well equipped, with everything you need to make a home from home. The location is fantastic for walks to the beach or to the marinas, you can easily drive to Monaco and Cannes for some excellent days out. The kids absolutely loved the on site pool which was warm and spacious. It is a quiet property in walking distance of supermarkets, with a nice out side space to relax in.

Great summer location

A fantastic apartment in an excellent and very secure environment in the wonderful Juan Les Pins, Antibes location. Swimming pool is a 2 minute walk from the apartment and the beach is only 5 minutes away. The apartment has a great terrace and a very good size private garden.

Lovely apartment with excellent facilities and a fab garden

The apartment is well located for the beach and amenities such as supermarkets and small restaurants are close . The provision of a well stocked kitchen is fantastic, you have all the utensils you need plus spices etc.. The a/c units in the bedrooms are supplementary to the piped air and have to be the quietest ever. For us Northern Europeans sleeping at 24 deg C meant a comfortable sleep. We would really recommend the lovely apartment and beautiful gardens which are a short totter from the pool.

Perfect family holiday apartment

We stayed here for 7 nights Ian the end of May with 2 kids; 4 and 1. The container spacious mature garden was invaluable; both for young kids to run around, and for outdoor entertainment especially in good weather. The outdoor patio perfectly equipped with Weber gas Bbq for impromptu Bbq dinner, seating area which was also lovely for relaxing with a book or iPad after a day out, and the expanding canopy shelter in event of rain to cover this area completely- this was invaluable. The kitchen and living room area (the latter with sofa, armchair, dining table set up and tv) was sufficient for a holiday rental but with the outdoor areas we hardly stayed indoors except for when our 4 year old was watching tv or breakfast time. The bedrooms had a perfect set up for a couple and 2-3 children. The bunk bed with double size below and single upper allowed flexible sleeping even for adults. A baby cot was provided for our 1 year old, and we noticed an additional fold up bed in the kids/ family bedroom. The master bedroom was simple and perfectly catered for our requirements (2 singles joined for super king bed), wardrobes with sufficient wooden hangers (even hotels only supply a handful), and throughout the apartment (bedrooms and kitchen) lots of wicker type storage boxes to organise dry food, travel bits, clothes/ underwire, nappies and toys. An added bonus for the kids was discovering wicker storage boxes for boys and girls toysin the bedroom so we did not feel guilty to hardly bring any. If you have time for TV, there are lots of dvds to watch, and even a Nintendo Wii! Location was perfect; safely within a gated development, and only 5 mins walk to the beach and 15mins walk to the town centre with plenty of restaurants, shops and beach plus beachside hangouts. We caught a bus to Antibes for the day, and could easily catch a local train to neighbouring towns such as a Nice, Antibes and Monaco. We did not hire a car and booked a cab from the airport to the apartment which was seamless. We highly recommend a stay here, and found both Ebba and Karen who is the contact person on the premises brilliant to communicate with and most helpful. We will be back again. Great apartment with a perfect garden

This was our second time in this apartment. Very modern, well equipped, clean and with a garden&terrace that is so nice both for breakfast and to enjoy the evenings. Parking around the corner, close to the beach and with a large pool in the area. Really recommended, and we hope to come back again.

Perfekt lägenhet för familjer.

Verkligen den perfekta lägenheten för barnfamiljer. Fräsch, välutrustad och nära till allt! Extra uppskattat av barnen var spelen, leksakerna och filmerna som fanns tillgängliga i lägenheten. Vi kommer absolut att komma tillbaka. Tusen tack Ebba!

Bonne impression générale

Plutot un avis favorable a cet appartement plutot bien agencé. Nous avons surtout pu proffiter du jardin qui dispose d'un espace salon, d'une grande table et d'un barbecue Weber ! L'appartement est proche des plages publiques (5min de marche) mais il faut au moins 15 min a pied pour rejoindre le centre ville a pied. Par contre peu de commerces autour de la résidence. Il y a seulement un Leclerc peu attrayant. Pour le "frais" je recommande plutot les magasins de centre ville. L'equipement de la maison est complet, cuisine équipé, TV ecran plat, etc... La résidence est sécurisé et dispose d'une grande piscine qui doit etre vraiment agreable en été ! Pour résumé nous avons passé un bon moment.

A perfect apartment for the family

We (2 adults, 3 children) stayed one week in this apartment in July 2016. It is a very modern and well equipped apartment with a great location. We really enjoyed the garden and terrace in the evenings. The owner as well as meet-and-greet staff were very responsive and helpful. We can highly recommend this apartment.

Vi är en svensk familj med tre barn som älskar Rivieran! Vi köpte vår lägenhet 2011 och vi är så glada över att ha hittat just denna lägenhet i denna vackra domän.
Vi är nere på Rivieran så ofta vi kan, och vi älskar verkligen utbudet av aktiviteter, restauranger och allt det härliga livet på Rivieran ger. Året om finns det massor att göra - förutom strand- och pool liv, så finns det mängder av vandringar, bergsutflykter, trädklättringsbanor, restauranger och romantiska byar att upptäcka. På vintern, och långt in i april, finns härlig skidåkning bara 1,5 timmes bilväg i snösäkra Isola2000. Det är en härlig känsla att åka skidor en solig vårdag, för att avsluta med en middag på stranden.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Läget är helt avgörande! Under högsäsong när det är mycket folk på Rivieran, är det otroligt skönt att ha en lägenhet precis vid stranden så man slipper parkeringsproblemet. Att vi har gångavstånd till allt (mataffärer, bagerier, restauranger) är också perfekt - man behöver inte alls ha bil om man inte vill. Bussen från flygplatsen stannar utanför Domainen, likaså bussar till Cannes och Antibes. Så det är verkligen ett bekvämt läge. Att hela domainen är så vacker och inbjudande med sina låga 2-våningshus och härliga planteringar gör att det känns som att komma hem till en oas när man varit på utflykter.
Det vi älskar mest med vår lägenhet är ändå vår egna härliga trädgård och underbara terrass där det finns gott om plats för hela familjen. Vi tillbringar nästan all vår tid där ute - det blir som ett extra vardagsrum. Vi hoppas ni kommer trivas lika bra som vi gör!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Närheten till stranden, vilket är så värdefullt under de livliga sommarmånaderna då strandnära parkering är mycket svårt att hitta. När man bor i vår lägenhet så behöver man inte hyra bil, eftersom allt är inom gångavstånd.
Vår härliga, inhägnade trädgård utan insyn med gräsmatta och vackra blommor är underbar. Den och terrasserna är fantastiska att tillbringa långa, lata dagar i solen på.
Om man kommer med bil så är vår privata parkeringsplats utanför trädgården (men inom domänen), verkligen ett plus.
