This spacious and beautifully maintained 4-bedroom, 3-bath vacation home is located in the heart of Ocean View, Delaware, just minutes from the sandy shores and vibrant boardwalk of Bethany Beach. Nestled within a resort-style community, it offers the ideal mix of relaxation, convenience, and fun for families, groups, or a peaceful escape.
Minimum age for group rental is 25+.
Inside, you’ll find a bright open layout with plenty of room to unwind. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at home, while the cozy living area complete with a fireplace, sets the scene for relaxing evenings after a day in the sun. Enjoy modern conveniences including high-speed Wi-Fi, smart-lock entry, and a washer and dryer for added comfort during your stay. Step outside to a large, inviting porch, perfect for morning coffee, outdoor dining, or unwinding with a book in the coastal breeze.

For hygiene and sanitation purposes, linens are professionally prepared, sealed in plastic and provided in a package. Guests will be responsible for making their own beds upon arrival
Please understand that this property does not allow for any "Senior Week" or group rentals with any guest under the age of 25. Any booking that does occur, will result in the reservation being cancelled and a cancellation fee of 10-100% depending on the date of booking in proximity to the check in date.
