Old Fort Loft Downtown - King size-master suite, Queen size-svit

Old Fort Loft är en modern tre våningar i hjärtat av downtown Fort Smith. Bara kvarter från Arkansas River, Fort Smith Museum, National Cemetery, Convention Center och Amfiteatern. Många restauranger och nattliv i staden är alla inom gångavstånd. Det finns massor av aktiviteter pågår i Fort Smith och vår lägenhet ligger vid navet. Vårt utrymme är tre historier. På första våningen hittar du ett långt garage tillräckligt stort för två bilar. Du kommer att ha full användning av garaget under din vistelse. Den andra våningen har vårt vardagsrum, matsal, halv badrum och fullt utrustat kök med öbänk. Utanför vardagsrummet finns en stor veranda med utemöbler. Den tredje våningen är där vi håller de två sovrummen, alla med egna badrum. Varje sovrum har en rymlig garderob. Tvättrummet ligger också på 3: e våningen. Du kommer att ha tillgång till full storlek tvättmaskin / torktumlare.

Old Fort Loft - A Great Stay

The Old Fort Loft was perfect for our Camaro weekend. It was very clean and wonderfully decorated. The proximity to the nearby historical sites and museums was certainly a plus.

Weekend in the Fort

Wonderful as usual. Walking distance to everything. Even visited the Marshall’s Museum. We love staying at this condo. Owners are great!

Comfortable and convenient

This is our second visit and it did not disappoint. Close to town center, restaurants and now the Marshalls museum. The owners are always quick to reply and accommodating.

Cute condo that is comfortably decorated. Very nice setting that is close enough to walk to a lot of Ft. Smith’s fun attractions. The host has thought of everything to make your stay pleasant and right at home!

3rd time to stay here. Perfect location to all things downtown Fort Smith. Very comfortable accommodations. Clean and nicely appointed. Huge garage. We love it here.

Super great!

Upscale uptown loft is convenient to everything. Off street parking is a superb treat. Place is clean and updated. Beds comfortable! Bathroom for every room and for guess. Complimentary coffee! Owners available and extremely nice! 👍 👍

Perfect for our travel

My friend and our two daughters stayed at Jim's property this past weekend while we attended a dance competition in town. The property was very clean and had all the amenities we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The space allowed both families to spread out and our girls had plenty of space to get ready for dance! We also enjoyed having the garage. We were able to pull both of our vehicles in and felt extremely safe at night. Jim was very responsive when we had questions; I would highly recommend this property to anyone coming into town.

Nice Home but Questionable Area

The property is very nice and you can tell that the owners take care of it. There are a few complaints that I would list out: 1. You can hear everything. Trains, cars, and 18-wheelers. In fact, when an 18-wheeler drives by, the whole home shakes. 2. There are a lot of homeless people that reside in the area. We were visited by a prostitute at the door at one point. 3. The owners have a whole section in their welcome book that is just about fire and brimstone. My sister is a devout Christian and even she found it to be in poor taste. 4. Although none of us were expecting to drink, it should be noted that the owners do not allow alcohol on the premises and you only discover this after you arrive.

Plenty of space to relax for the weekend

Easy to find and access the location, just over the bridge from OK into Ft Smith. We really enjoyed the stay, from the LP collection to the quiet deck and courtyard, the property was great. We only wished we could stay longer.

Graduation

My family and I rented this unit to attend a graduation. The unit was just as described, very clean and equipped with everything. We especially like being able to park inside a garage and my husband loved the record collection. Thank you for sharing your home with us! Everything is included

Feels welcoming the moment you walk in. There are bath and body works soaps and lotions at all sinks, plenty of towels, kpods, etc. There is an iron and ironing board, hair dryers, first aid kit. They really thought of everything. Communication was easy and Jim and Karen were great hosts. Would definitely stay here again!

In the heart of Old Fort Smith

This is our 2nd time staying at the Old Fort Condo. Conveniently located near everything downtown Fort Smith. We were in town for a rally and it was perfect. Close enough to walk to everything but far enough away from crowds. Perfect! The bikes are a great bonus to ride on the riverfront path or around downtown. There are so many great restaurants and entertainment close by. Be sure to check out Bricktown Brewery, La Huerta’s Mexican Food, Papas Pizza, Landry’s, Rolando’s Nuevo Restaurant, and AJs Oyster House. The Artistic Bean is a great coffee house on Garrison and the Bakery District always has something going on and also has Fort Smith Coffee Co. The garage in the condo is huge. We were able to fit my Ram 1500, our Road Glide, and my daughter’s Equinox in the garage with 4 bicycles and still had plenty of room. The condo is 3 stories, all stairs (just FYI). Not an issue for us but could be for some. We will be back again!!

Fantastic Stay

This property is amazing. The apartment is beautiful, well maintained, and within walking distance to entertainment and restaurants. The hosts are wonderful communicators. I strongly recommend staying at this wonderful apartment when you are in Fort Smith. I will stay at this property again in the future.

Wonderful location

Close proximity to everything downtown. Walk everywhere. Bicycles are in the garage to ride the riverfront trail. Very clean and spacious unit. Very long garage enough for two cars. Highly recommend!!!

Immaculate Property

This is a really, really nice apartment in a newer development of Fort Smith. I feel bad not giving 100% recommendations on this property since the hosts are amazing and very hospitable, but the area did concern my wife and I. As we came into the property, there was a large group of homeless individuals about 1-2 blocks away, across the street is a power substation, and there seems to be a train depot about a block away as well (multiple trains rolled through between 5-7am). You should feel safe booking this property though, since it does have a garage, which my wife and I did appreciate. The property is clean, check in is easy, the hosts are lovely, and downtown/historic sites are well within walking distance. We suggest overlooking the location issues and staying here, highly recommended!
