The house was extremely nice. The hosts were awesome to communicate with. If I had any issues it would be, I had to clean hair out of the hall bath cause the water would not drain down. The only other thing is the beds were not the most comfortable and I didn’t sleep hardly any the 2 nights I spent there. Those are just minor things. The house itself was great and also in a very good location close to everything. Had a great stay!

James, thank you for the feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the house, the location, and our communication. We were surprised to hear about the slow drain, as nothing was mentioned to us during your stay. Had we known, we would have been happy to address it right away rather than having you deal with it yourself. The mattresses are all brand new, and comfort is certainly subjective. We’ve had many guests tell us they find them very comfortable, although we understand they won’t be the perfect fit for everyone. We always encourage guests to reach out during their stay if anything isn’t quite right. We’re very responsive and would much rather have the opportunity to help while you’re there than learn about an issue afterward. Ben & Lela

We stayed at Space Station Hub while we moved our son into UAH. The first night there were 4 adults and the second night 3 adults. The home was clean, comfy and relaxing for all of us. Gave us plenty of room and had a great fenced back yard. Nestled in a very quiet neighborhood. Conveniently located to absolutely everything. Perfect location. Ben and Lela are fantastic hosts. Quickly respond to any and all questions. Always there to help. They are very organized so the home had everything needed as advertised. The garage door opener app was very helpful to have - making coming and going so easy. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Ready for blast off. Rocket City themed home. Host was excellent in communication. Fenced yard was pet friendly. House was very clean and beds were firm but comfortable. We only needed the home for one night and think for that purpose it was a bit over-priced. For us, location was great as it was near the person we were visiting. If coming back to the area and needing to stay longer we would consider staying here again.

Thanks so much for the thoughtful review—we really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience! We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the Rocket City theme, found the home clean and comfortable, and that the fenced yard worked well for your pet. It’s also great that the location was convenient for your visit—that’s exactly what we hope for. Regarding the pricing for a one-night stay, that’s a fair observation and we completely understand how it can feel higher on a per-night basis. Our standard minimum stay is actually two nights, but occasionally we open up single-night bookings to fill last-minute gaps in the calendar. Those stays are typically priced at a premium because they’re much harder to coordinate, and we still incur the full turnover cost—especially with whole-home cleanings, which are the same whether a guest stays one night or several. We’d love to have you back for a longer stay next time, where the overall value tends to balance out much more. Thanks again for staying with us!

The home was extremely clean and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. It is close to several restaurants and coffee shops.I always pack things I may need at VRBO homes, but these hosts went "above and beyond" thinking of the little extras ... they had a few extra rolls of toilet paper, some dish pods to run the dishwasher, and even some pods for laundry! Their towels were very soft and luxurious and they even provided small make-up removal towels. My favorite was that they had liquid hand soap dispensers at every sink, as well as all natural liquid shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner in the showers. Their home is lovely! The hosts always responded quickly to any questions that we had and were always very helpful.
