My family of 8 stayed at this property to attend a family wedding in that area. The property was clean and beds were very comfortable. Having veterans in our group, we were able to visit the VFW next door and stock up at the distributor on the other side for the wedding. If we need to travel to this area again, we will definitely use this property again

Rhiana and her group were absolutely phenomenal guests. We truly can’t say enough good about them. They treated our home with such care and respect, the place was left in immaculate condition, and they even started the laundry before we arrived to clean. They spent time sightseeing around the area and thoughtfully brought back pamphlets to add to our welcome guide, which we appreciated more than they know. Every interaction with them was friendly and easy, and they were a joy to host from start to finish. Rhiana and her friends are welcome back at Smitty’s Cozy Corner anytime. Hosts would be lucky to have them!

The house was very spacious and comfortable! A/C worked well! A nice home for the family to gather in. The main entrance has quite a few steps but they allowed us to drive up in the yard to enter on the main level which was very helpful!!!

Appreciated flexibility with property entrance to accomadate mother with recent disabling illness. Might consider some property updates to broaden customer base and ease use of property for older adults, and retired boomers like myself who struggle with steps, to enjoy such a beautiful property, with their family and friends. THANK YOU!!

We enjoyed a cozy weekend to celebrate an early Christmas. The house is very spacious with lots of comfy beds and plenty of bathrooms. It's within walking distance to a grocery store and hardware store. It's right next to a beer distributor in case you need some bevs for your stay! The hosts are very easy to get a hold of and are very responsive if you need anything. Check in and check out process was easy-peasy. I would recommend this place!
