The dining table offers additional space for meals or family board game nights, while the adjacent living area boasts dual sofas, a wall-mounted, flat screen TV, and sliding door access out to your balcony. With this wonderful condo, you will also enjoy unlimited access to the Club with shared pools, tennis courts, a hot tub, fitness center, and the fabulous Club Tiki. Youâll also have exclusive access to the coveted Tides Pickleball courts.
Get your toes in the sand on the adjacent beach. Challenge the fairways of several fantastic golf courses throughout the area, especially those over in Destin, just 11 miles west. Wander through the Village of Baytowne Wharf, two miles north, where you'll find several shops, fantastic restaurants, and a fishing pier all right on the shores of Choctawhatchee Bay. Or make a reservation to explore the 210-acres of the beautiful and fascinating Coffeen Nature Preserve.
