Escape to this charming house in picturesque Coeur dâAlene. This cozy home boasts convenient access to major highways and features an INFRARED sauna and HOT-TUB, so you can recuperate from all your fun and physical outdoor activities or just RELAX while you take in the local attractions.
Located within walking distance to downtown Coeur dâAlene, and the restaurants, bars and shops of Mid-town. Walk to nearby parks and beaches, or take advantage of quick access to I-90 and the surrounding areaâs lakes, parks, trails, attractions and events all year round.

âą Fully stocked, including NON-TOXIC cookware, a blender, and plenty of dishware for your convenience.

âą Large refrigerator/freezer with ice maker
âą Built-in Wine fridge
âą Large island with built-in dishwasher and sink for convenient food-prep and easy clean-up

âą Bedroom 1 downstairs features KING bed, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom and backyard/HOT-TUB access
âą Bedroom 2 downstairs features a TWIN-SIZE bunk bed

The location of this home cannot be beat. It is in an area of town called mid-town and is walking distance to the shops, bars, and restaurants there, including my favorite coffee and ice cream shop Panhandle Cone and Coffee, and you can easily walk downtown and even to a nearby beach!
