This prime location offers you easy access to the Emerald Coast Parkway, which will lead you to downtown Miramar Beach and all of its finest dining, only two miles west. If you're more into outdoor activities, you're in luck! You'll be only half a mile from the neighboring Coffeen Nature Preserve, which is a 210-acre land featuring beautiful nature, four hiking trails, and even a World War II-era missile launch facility. You might be able to witness alligators, white-tailed deer, raccoons, foxes, opossums, bobcats, and armadillos. Featuring cineplex with 3D and jumbo digital screens, New Vision Theaters Boulevard 10 is one of the most popular movie theatres nearby (less than one mile away).
