Currently, the lobby is adorned with charming Christmas decorations. Ideal for family pictures and holiday memories. The condo also includes covered parking, making it easy to leave your car behind and stroll into downtown Gatlinburg without the stress of crowded parking.

This creekside complex is located three blocks south of the Parkway in downtown Gatlinburg, with a stop for the town's trolley right in front of the building. You'll be within easy walking distance of Ripley’s Aquarium of the Smokies, Ripley's Believe It or Not!, the Hollywood Star Cars Museum, the Gatlinburg Space Needle, the Village Shoppes, and the Gatlinburg Convention Center, and a one-mile drive from the entrance to Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Visit the Great Smoky Arts and Crafts Community along Glades Road, take a drive along the Roaring Fork Motor Nature Trail, or spend a day eight miles north in Pigeon Forge - the home of Dollywood, WonderWorks, the Hollywood Wax Museum, The Island in Pigeon Forge, and an assortment of wonderful dinner theaters.
