This condo is part of the Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort, a beloved property in Miramar Beach with multiple pools, a hot tub, a gym, a sauna and steam room, miniature golf, and courts for tennis, racquetball, shuffleboard, and basketball on its grounds. You can walk or ride the free tram to the beach, dine at two on-site restaurants, and find an assortment of other dining and shopping options at Baytowne Wharf (two miles north) and Destin Commons (seven miles west). You'll also be a few minutes' drive from more than a dozen golf courses in the surrounding area.
