The Space:
Come and experience the ease and comfort of resort living at Tops'l Summit, where you'll have access to wonderful on-site amenities that include swimming pools, a hot tub, tennis courts, and a free beach tram. You'll have a commanding view of the Miramar Beach coastline, balconies off both the living area and the master bedroom, and a whirlpool tub to welcome you home each afternoon.
You'll be just a few steps from indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a hot tub, an expansive workout facility, miniature golf, and courts for tennis, racquetball, shuffleboard, and basketball on the grounds of the Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort. You can also walk or ride the free tram to the beach, dine at two on-site restaurants, or take a short drive to one of the many golf courses in the area. The attractions of Baytowne Wharf are two miles north, the Silver Sands Premium Outlets are two miles west, and Topsail Hill Preserve State Park is four miles east.

No canopies or tents are allowed on TOPS'L Beach.
Important Notice â Ongoing Roofing Project
Please be advised that the Summit Homeowners Association is coordinating a roofing project on the property through May 2025, and construction may take place during your stay. We expect minimal disruption and all materials will be confined within a fenced-off area located on the northeast side of the parking lot.
