The beach is super-close by, so be sure to use the full kitchen to make up plenty of lunches and snacks for those long afternoons down at the beach. The community fitness center features sauna and steam rooms, complimentary yoga and aerobic classes, and on-site massage therapists.



With the beach so close, it would be a shame not to catch a few waves. YOLO Board + Beach rents and sells surfboards and is just three miles away. Feeling a little rusty? No problem! Attend a surf camp or get private, semi-private, or group surf lessons at reasonable rates when you visit All-A-Board Surf School, six miles away. Nature lovers will like all the beautiful wildlife they find at the many state parks nearby. Topsail Hill Preserve State Park Gregory E. Moore RV Resort (four miles east) offers a wide diversity of ecosystems including dunes, sandy scrubland, old-growth pine forests, and wetlands to enjoy.

Please be advised that the Summit Homeowners Association is coordinating a roofing project on the property through May 2025, and construction may take place during your stay. We expect minimal disruption and all materials will be confined within a fenced-off area located on the northeast side of the parking lot.
