Here at the Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort, you'll be within walking distance of the sugar-sand beach, indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, two on-site restaurants, a fitness center, a steam room and sauna, a putt-putt course, and courts for tennis, racquetball, shuffleboard, and basketball. You can hop on the free tram to reach the beach, head less than a mile north to Grand Boulevard, take in the many attractions of Baytowne Wharf two miles north, or spend your days hiking through Topsail Hill Preserve State Park to the immediate east.
