Perfect location for everything

We really enjoyed our stay here- enough that this was the second year we choose this condo for our annual girls trip. We also already have plans to be back next year. The accommodations and decor and comfy and very beachy. Perfect location to get to the beach and all the restaurants in town.

The condo needed a thorough cleaning and the furniture as well. Location was good. Could use a paint touch up as well.

College house

The house is not what is pictured on Vrbo.We went down as a family with older children thinking they’d be able to enjoy the atmosphere it turns out it was the opposite. The first night we had someone put a cigarette out on my daughters BMW the couch smelled like urine and the appliances were not up to cooking standards Jane was wonderful to work with but unfortunately I would not recommend this as a family rental. The double beds were like pull out bed not recommended for young adults the kitchen chairs were so cheap we didn’t even use them. Again this is a college rental not a family home to enjoy for the week! Sorry Fir the bad review but necessary!

Great location

Perfect spot in middle of Dewey Beach. Close walk to beach and restaurants. Great host who was quick to reply to any questions. Would rent again.

We had a great long weekend at the condo. Jane is easy to communicate with, the location is perfectly situated close to the beach and dining. We were very comfortable. Note for anyone traveling with babies: there are a lot of stairs so bring a baby gate or two!

Excellent Location

A much needed weekend trip for our family! The townhouse was great. Plenty of room for us all to be able to watch tv in the family in the evening, loved having four full bathrooms. However, the best part of the townhouse was its location! We parked Friday when we arrived and did not get into our cars again until Sunday morning to drive to get breakfast. Located a short walk from the beach and many wonderful restaurants for all meals! Great ice cream shop literally steps away from the townhouse....yum! The only notch against the location is the bands playing at the bar across the street at night may keep you up depending on when you like to go to bed, but that is easily overlooked with the convenience of the location :)

Perfect Location

We had such a great stay at Ocean's Reach this past weekend. The house was very clean and just as showed in the pictures. The location was absolutely perfect, less than a block to the beach and to all the bars and restaurants Dewey has to offer. Jane was great to work with and always got back to me very quickly. I would stay in this house again in a heart beat. It is a gem!

Great location

This property is centrally located, a few houses from the sand and then a few houses from restaurants/bars. The included parking spots were a plus as parking is a premium in Dewey. The house had plenty of space for even more than the 7 in our group and the 4 bathrooms were a major plus with a group of all ladies! Jane was very responsive and helpful in answering all of my questions prior to the trip. Would definitely rent again!

Modern looking with a nice layout for a group. Wish the third floor doubles had box springs but all other beds were very nice. Plenty of warm water for multiple showers. Thanks for a great Bacon fest weekend!

Spacious with all the amenitues

Great house for staying with a group. We were here with friends and nice to have a place we’re someone is not stuck in bunk beds. All queen and king with separate bathrooms and balconies. Well kept, clean, quiet. A lovely stay.
