A-Frame Winter Getaway w/Sauna + River Views
Escape to this cozy A-Frame on the Rock River with 100 ft of private frontage. Relax around a gas fire table, or wood fire pit, grill out on the deck, or sip coffee at the bistro table. Inside, enjoy a loft bedroom, full kitchen, and modern comforts. At the end of your day you can enjoy a seat in the sauna. Perfect for a peaceful retreat, yet close to Madison, Milwaukee, wineries, hiking, and much, much more!
During the warmer months, guests can enjoy our shared fleet of river toys: 2 canoes, 2 kayaks, a pedal boat, and a paddleboard. Use is by request only and subject to availability, as these items are shared between both of our cottages.
When booking, please tell us which items youâd like to use so we can try to accommodate your preferences. Guests use all equipment at their own risk and must wear life jackets (provided) while on the water.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the whole cottage and sauna shed (green shed)
Self check-in via keypad makes arrival simple and flexible.
House Rules:
No parties or events
Quiet hours after 10 PM
Please use the water equipment safely and return items where found
1 Security camera located on the west side of the cottage to monitor the west side of the property.
We love well-behaved dogs and understand theyâre part of the family! We just ask that you follow these simple guidelines to help keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone.
Dogs may be allowed on a case-by-case basis. Please message me with details about your pet (including size and breed) before booking.
Dogs only; no other pets are permitted.
Please clean up after your pet and dispose of waste properly.
Pets must remain leashed when outdoors.
Pets may not be left unattended on the property.
After you book your stay no additional overnight guests are permitted. Please respect the property and equipment for everyoneâs safety.
