Really enjoyed the interior decorating of this vacation home.

Fantastic vacation property, very well kept. Inspiring wall decor. Great communication with property manager. Clean and close to outdoor ammenities of the community. Enjoyed our stay immensely. Would go back again and again!

FANTASTIC house with all the amenities, we LOVED

This home was great, we had a fantastic time at this property! The layout of the home was perfect for us. Everything was very clean and the decor is GORGEOUS. There is all the essentials items for a long stay, the kitchen and fully well equipped, it has smart tv in all rooms and an xbox one that my son loved! The distance to Disney was perfect. And the resort Resturant and pools were fun, we loved the lazy river and tikki bar! The owner Matteus was a pleasure to work with and made our stay even more perfect, helping us in everything we need! We will definitely stay again and recommend to all our friends!

Spectacular Home in a Great Location

My family stayed in this home and it was beyond our expectations. The owner was accommodating and prompt with all my questions. It rained for two days of our stay, but the coziness of the home and things to do in the area allowed my family to continue to enjoy our visit. We will be back to visit without a doubt. Quite the experience!!!

For starters, the location and town home was lovely, and met our needs. We had everything we needed to ensure an enjoyable vacation. Questions arose regarding working the television and heating of the pool, but the communication and guidance I received to answer my questions were superb. The quality of services we received made us enjoy our time there and guaranteed that we will be returning to the home for an extended stay in the near future.

Good find

The overall home was good, nicely decorated. but could use a day and some touch up paint throughout. You can tell there has been a lot of traffic in it. Would also be nice to provide basic dish soap and more than a half a roll of TP in each bathroom. You must definitely stop and publix prior to arrival. Also pool was well over 90 and not good for cooling off.

The house was not as clean as I expected but they did send a cleaner to finis the Job. I have to admit that I never experience this especially renting at this specific resort. overall I love the property just think they need to clean better.

Amazing owner! Very easy to get in touch with. Very nice person. Will 100% work with him again.

All I can say is WOW! We have stayed at a lot of different resorts and property in the Orlando area and this place is our new go to. What an amazing property. Super nice, very comfy and lots of room. The pool in the back yard is a bonus. Super close to the Disney and Universal properties. He has literally thought of everything. This place has it all. It’s also super quite - if you are down stairs the people upstairs can’t hear which is a bonus with kids who are trying to sleep. The beds were comfy, the couch was super comfy. This place is a steal!! I don’t want to say more cause I want to make sure this place is available for us next year. 5+ stars!!!

Clean house good experience

The house was clean and new. It was spacious and close to lots of restaurants and a grocery store. The house was about 25 min from the Disney Parks depending on traffic. The water park that is in the community is very nice as well and very convenient. I read the last review about the ants. I did see a few ants in the kitchen about 6 throughout my entire week. I did not leave any food in the area where I seen them. When I had an issue or question I could communicate with the owner via email and he would always respond very quickly.I would stay here again and would recommend this house.

Perfect getaway for our family

House looks exactly like it does in the photos. Owner was superb. He kept in constant communication and was very pleasant. The community amenities were wonderful. The only thing I would have changed is the way the child safety fence is around the pool. We have a 7, 3, and 1.5 year old. My 3 year old had no problem opening the latch and my 1.5 year old could fit through the gap while it was latched. If you have small children just something to watch. The owner was so great I’m sure he would have offered a solution had I felt strongly enough to bring it up. Would highly recommend this home.

Awesome Property and Location

We recently rented this townhouse in Champions Gate to visit Disney and Universal parks. Most of our time was spent at the parks but coming back to such a nice place made the trip that much better. It is very new looking inside with many extras at your disposal, including Roku TVs in each room. We didn't use the enclosed pool at the townhouse but I would recommend setting aside a day in between parks to relax at the neighborhood Clubhouse with a lazy river and water slides. We ate and had a few beverages while the kids played. I also wish we had time to play at the golf course located onsite which looked in beautiful shape. Disney is very close and can be a 10 minute drive depending upon traffic. There is a nice shopping center only a few minutes away with a Publix, Pizza place and many other options. I will stay here again the next time we go back down to Orlando! .

We enjoyed out stay!

House exactly as pictured, Matt was a total pleasure to work with and provided super quick replies! Little pool was great for kids, house supplied with everything you need - towels, utensils, cookware. Only 2 issues: 1. the air cannot be lower than 74 and no fans in the house. We had to buy fans at Walmart, $20 each, to be able to sleep comfortably. During the day it warmed up considerably so the fans came in handy. 2.The queen beds are very hard, not comfy at all. But I have found this to be the norm in vacation rentals. (The king bed was awesome!) We will def be in contact for our next Disney vacation!!!!

Good stay, could have been a little better

This home definitely met our needs as far as the bedrooms, space, plenty of linens and stocked kitchen. However, upon arrival we noticed right away the cleanliness was average, as the floors were not swept or vacuumed well and the carpet seemed to be very well loved. Our thoughts were that if it continues to be a rental property, it could use a bit of sprucing up. As the week went on we also noticed the walls seemed very “thin” and you could really hear neighbors/other renters. Some even has loud music playing that was definitely inappropriate for little ears. Luckily it was stopped before we took action. Overall, we still had a great week and the heated pool was awesome for my small kids. Communication with Matteus was great.

Adjust your expectation ahead of time.

We routinely stay in the Champions Gate community. First stay in a villa opposed to typical house rentals. Initially Matteus was incredibly responsive and was prompt in reply. There is a grill onsite as well which is a bonus. On our arrival, we found the floors to be dirty. There was a fake nail laying on the floor in one of the bedrooms. Our first night there we identified one of the dressers was broken, the refrigerator water dispenser did not work and neither did the ice maker. We also found the garbage disposal to be non-functioning and the sink did not drain. Sun 'n' Fun Management Company was contacted and they said they would send someone the next day. Matteus was great in acknowledging our findings as well and said he would also follow up with the management company. None of these things were addressed during our stay. Additionally, monies were paid for the pool to be heated each day we were there. Understanding ambient temperatures can impact the pool's ability to warm, I gave the first day a pass as we arrived early evening. The manual says the pool heat will run daily from 10:00-6:00. There was never warmed water flowing from the pool jets during any of these stated warming hours. When this was addressed with Matteus, he ghosted and quit responding to any messages. The pool was never warm enough to use despite paying for the heat. The house is advertised as having an Xbox for your entertainment, however, there is not an Xbox anywhere on site. Finally, quiet hours are from 10:00 pm - 7:00 am. The 3:00 am parties in the neighborhood were incredibly disruptive to sleep. For your reference as it was posted no where on site, there is a security patrol that you can contact. VRBO will not allow me to post the phone number. Inquire at gate entry from security guard. I understand this is a rental property and things get broken that need repair. I understand that ambient air temperatures impact pool heat. However, as a renter, I also expect things to be in working order and as advertised, which unfortunately this home is not. I could have overlooked much of it, but when the owner disappeared following the pool heat correspondence, my respect for a professional transaction was lost. Rent this property with eyes wide open. It is not as advertised.

Beautiful property

Property was clean and well decorated. Close enough to Disney but far enough away to relax. Small inground pool was great to relax in. The community pool was also awesome and within walking distance. Food store and restaurants nearby as well. I would highly recommend

Horrible Beds

This property can be so much better if the owner would change every mattress, towel, pillow and bedding in the property. The mattresses are horrible and gave my entire family the worst back and neck pain. The towels should only be used as bath mats and the pillows were only fit for the garbage. I read the reviews on this property and asked the host to make sure we don't have the same experience and he assured me that everything would be fine; which they were not. One of the secondary bedroom upstairs bed had a urine stain and smell on it which let's me know that the bed linen were never changed. I am requesting a partial refund for all the things that were wrong with this property. I have pictures as proof and will provide them. Vrbo I think you guys need to hold these property owners for renting properties to clients who pay a lot of money but have to sleep on dirty bed linen. I had to spend an entire night doing laundry along with having to purchase cleaning products. I hope this is posted to the website to make other renters aware that the beds are horrible so pick another property! BELIEVE THE REVIEWS THEY ARE ACCURATE!!!

Very Dirty!

We stayed for a week and the pictures of the home online look really good and it appears as though each room is clean, however when we arrived that is definitely not the case. As soon as you walk in there are black marks and scratches all over the walls upstairs downstairs and in every room, The entire place is pretty worn and in need of desperate deep cleaning and a box of magic erasers would help. The kitchen looks pretty clean but when you look closer you can see the leftover crumbs and the dining room table was pretty sticky and not clean. The carpet upstairs is really worn and pretty much needs to be torn out. The washer is completely rusted to where it’s falling off into the washer. And the kids bedroom which is Mickey themed the mattress is completely worn out and desperately needs to be replaced I read various comments while we were there and there are multiple families who have suggested that that mattress needs to be replaced, therefore the owner really needs to take into consideration comments from families who stay there because nobody wants to walk into a rental where it’s really dirty and uncomfortable.

Inconsiderate

I stayed at this property from the 25th-4th with my spouse and 3 kids. The house is a very nice house but the ad on vrbo said cable/wifi and an Xbox upstairs in one of the rooms. While I was there I had reached out to the owner to let him know there was no cable, wifi or Xbox. Which was inconvenient to me because we were on vacation for a week and my kids needed to do their school work on their laptops. We were sitting in silence the whole time because the owner advised that spectrum wasn’t able to come until a couple days later. Which the did.. the second to last day they fixed the wifi but still no cable. Then a random lady walked into the apartment with the same access code to unlock the door. Claiming she was booked in that same apartment for that week. My kids were scared a random person had just walked into our place and if I was not there anything could have happened. All of our belongings could have gotten stolen. The owner did not care I asked for a partial refund due to the inconvenience and the safety issues I had and I’ve been being avoided I don’t recommend staying in this unit.

Was nice butttttt

A few things. One of the beds our daughter slept in was broken and uncomfortable. Box spring was broken so mattress was sinking in. Couldn’t put towels on bathroom racks because the fell off the wall. Pool light wasn’t work and pool never kicked on. Maintenance to this property is needed. The bed issue really made the trip not good. Who wants to spend money on broken beds ??
