Deer Mountain Chalet is on 4.5 acres surrounded by majestic trees, mountain peaks and rocks.. Two wrap around balconies offering breathtaking panoramic views. Only 19 Miles from Woodland Park, 48 miles from Colorado Springs Airport.
Featuring large floor to ceiling windows framing breathtaking sunrises & sunsets. Vaulted ceilings, cozy reading nook, wood burning stove. Dining areas for memorable family gatherings. Hot tub & indoor sauna. Multiple outdoor spaces for unwinding. 7 beds & 3 bathsEscape to this stunning luxury mountain chalet featuring spacious living and breathtaking views. Just 5 steps up the front porch to the main level living, offering a cozy reading nook with books, puzzles and games for all ages, a well as a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living and dining area. You will also find a queen bed and pack and play crib along with a full bathroom on this level. Two patio doors open up to the wrap around deck, featuring patio chairs, outdoor dining, gas bbq, gas pizza oven and a bubbling hot tub.
The top level features the extra large primary bedroom with a private balcony overlooking the great room. Here you will also find the desk area. The bedroom features an electric fireplace and private spa like bathroom with coffee maker and mini fridge. There is also a private outdoor balcony.
On the ground level, enjoy a wrap around deck, adult poker game room with wet bar, mini fridge, ice maker, 55" tv and infrared sauna. This room also has a queen temper-pedic sleeper sofa. This same level also features a queen guest room and a full bath.
A couple steps up from there you reach the multipurpose lounge and game room. I chose this mountain home on 4 1/2 acres because it offers something rare and extraordinary- privacy, natural beauty and a living connection to the landscape itself. Set against a breathtaking mountain scape, the home feels like a retreat crafted by nature. Ample space to breathe, explore and preserve solitude, while still allowing room for dreams, gatherings and future possibilities.

Everyday feels like waking into nature. Wildlife moves freely across the land, deer grazing at sunrise, birds soaring over treetops. The property attracts native animals like, Elk, Bear, Chipmunk's, Fox, Wild Cats and Deer. This land has remained respectfully wild, giving creatures safe passage and sanctuary. The home itself is finely appointed with everything you could want. So many private nooks for curling up, providing mental clarity and creative fuel. The fully stocked kitchen is designed from someone who loves to cook and entertain. The space feels warm and high-end because it strikes that rare balance between quiet luxury and heartfelt comfort. Soft textiles and design choices throughout. It has a polish of high-end retreat, yet none of the stiffness. Designed with the whole family in mind. Definitely a place where lasting memories will be made with family and friends.
