We loved the location and the property in general. The apartment was cozy and very well equipped. Our only concern was the unit appeared to need a good deep cleaning. The floors and carpets were dirty and the sofa could use steam cleaning. However this really did not significantly detract from our wonderful cacation experience.

I would change the furniture in the living area to not block the air conditioner. It stayed hot In that area and how the furniture is place restricted good airflow. The grounds are beautiful. Very good place to stay

Lawn maintenance is always on going and well taken care of. They had items left in the condo for guests. Scuba gear, coolers, chairs and ect. Overall good experience. I have a maintenance background, fixed the garbage disposal that wasn't working and lint trap on dryer was full. No big deal, well worth the trade off for the extra items they had. Thank you
