Den fantastiska Keawakapu Beach ligger bara en kort 10 minuters promenad från Palms at Wailea. Denna strand är världsberömt för sin stora snorkling och lång sträcka av stranden. The Palms at Wailea är en vacker egendom, frodig med tropiska landskapsarkitektur. Det finns en stor pool och badtunna som är perfekt för solbad och har en magnifik utsikt över havet från poolområdet. Vi är glada att våra fastigheter vid Palms at Wailea har valt att vara med i nummer ett säljande boken "Maui avslöjade" och deras hemsida. Dessa egenskaper valdes på grund av sin överlägsna kvalitet och bra priser!

Excellent amenities for a reasonable price. Parking, Pool Access, Snorkel Equipment, and Towels. The room was very spacious and well air conditioned. Perfect if you’re traveling with kids.

Perfect place for a family of 4

Loved staying at this townhome in Wailea. The split ACs in every room were the best part. The place was clean, kitchen well stocked. The flooring is nice, decor old Hawaii, and the lanai is wonderful for relaxing in the morning. The street noise and yard maintenance is pretty loud when you're on the lanai, but it didn't bother us too much. The area is great, went to all the beaches from Makena to Kihei. Ate in Kihei a lot. But hung out in Wailuku as well because we have friends there. Made in Hope Cafe and restaurant Ogo for dinner is a MUST! The restaurants in Wailea were all just so-so. Sweet Hula had great Acai Bowls. Kihei Marketplace we really fun but everything in this area is rather pricey. Hoapili trail hike to the "lighthouse," which is more of a light SIGN was super cool. Would stay here again.

Amazing

We didn’t spend a lot of time in the room but it was exactly as described except it was further from the water then I thought with the add. Check in was a breeze and we didn’t need anything from the owner. The location was close enough to everything to drive and the neighbors were so nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice property

Unit showing its age but is well stocked and suitable for family. As others have said it’s a noisy corner but after a couple days we didn’t really notice it. Good location, close to good beaches and nice evening walk to Wailea shops

Highly Recommended 9/10

This property was a good value for the price charged per night. The indoor and outdoor furnishings were comfortable. The ground floor unit worked well for us as we had two grandchildren who could play on the large lanai and the large grassy area. The unit was spacious enough to accomodate 4 adults and two children without feeling like we were on top of each other. The property manager was very responsive and sent maintenace out right away to fix an issue we had. The unit was well stocked with beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, etc. We will try to stay here again next year.

Palms at Wailea #603

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very unhappy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom main floor unit in clean condition with an interesting layout, private patio and barbecue. We have rented units twice before at The Palms ( different units). We would not rent this unit again because of its location near a busy intersection as it was often very noisy sitting outside on the patio. Inside the unit, the road noise was less noticeable. We also would like to see a slip mat put in the shower, and the “extras”, (hand soap, toilet paper etc) were very skimpy. Some kind of instructions to using the remotes for the TV would be helpful to have as it took quite a while to figure out to any degree. Inside the unit after arrival we found a site map of all the units and how to find them which would be helpful to give guests ahead of time since we arrived at night ( in the pouring rain) after a long journey and had a bit of difficulty finding the correct unit. We had a wonderful time in Maui for the 16 days we were there though and overall had a great vacation.

Palms is a beautiful complex!

Large, spacious condo with everything you need. We have 5 adults and a baby stay and there was more than enough space. The Palms is a beautiful complex, the pool area is wonderful. As other reviews noted, it is on a busy road and I didn’t realize how many loud vehicles there would be. It was not a big deal for us as we live downtown and are used to the traffic noise. The management company was wonderful, they answered all of my emails very promptly. I would definitely stay at the Palms again!

Would definitely come back!

Really enjoyed staying here. Check in/out was a breeze. The condo was clean and had plenty of beach equipment, (chairs, coolers, umbrellas, snorkel gear etc.) for all of us to use. The location was absolutely perfect for us as its close to golf, restaurants, shops and the best beaches.

Great Location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked this place fairly last minute (about a month out during the peak season) and were happy with our decision. The location is great, only about a 5-10 minute drive to the Wailea beaches and even shorter to the Kihei beaches.The complex was nice and the pool was perfect for our kids. The main grounds were well kept and the assigned parking was nice.The unit itself was good. It was clean and the kitchen was nice to have. Our favorite part was the outdoor area, which featured two areas, one outside the kitchen, and another outside the master bedroom. It was covered so we ate out there for a few lunches and was nice.The smaller bedroom had sliding doors that did not seal all the way, so just a heads up if you have a light sleeper as it is right outside the main living room area as well. There were individual air conditioning units in each room which was great as they were not limited in temperature like you read about some owners doing.The unit came with beach chairs for use, snorkel equipment, and coolers, which was great for us and we took full advantage. I highly recommend this unit!

Lovely upscale neighborhood

The condo is in a fabulous area of Maui!. After being here for 6 weeks, we don’t want to leave. This unit could use some updating and improvements. The condo had some issues and we spent a fair amount of time with repairmen during our first week. They were great, as was Rentals Maui…very responsive! One drawback to this particular unit is the noise. It’s on a pretty heavily traveled street, near a busy intersection but we knew that going in. We ❤️ The Palms!

The Palms is Delightful

Staying at the Palms is a great experience, ideally located in Wailea, a well maintained property. The unit we rented was as described on the VRBO website. Beds and living room furniture comfortable. The kitchen was a challenge, the dishwasher broke down prior to our arrival, due to supply chain issues no replacement available. The kitchen cabinets need an overhaul. The outdoor grill was in poor repair, I notified the property manager and it was promptly replaced. Happy to go back to this unit

Fabulous location, spacious unit, needs updates, traffic noise

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property, Palms at Wailea, was fabulous! Beautiful, spacious, quiet and relaxing. The pool and hot tub are was wonderful.Unit 603 was just ok. Second bedroom not an actual bedroom, sliding slated doors separating it from the living room. Not real privacy. The bathrooms are very outdated and the toilets constantly running and wasting water. If I had small kids I would not put them in the bathtub- yuck. The dishwasher stop working during our stay. The biggest downside was the traffic noise--it was noisy from 6 am to 10 pm. Interruppted our sleep and make the back patio unusable. We had a family member in a different unit in the complex, and they had a beautiful balcony, no traffic noise and updated bathrooms for same price.
