The Space:

There is no better getaway to take the whole family to than this beautiful Lincoln City home! Boasting partial views of the blue water of the Pacific Ocean, a private hot tub, and a spacious interior, returning to home base after a beach day will be a treat. Before heading out to explore the area, step out to one of the two covered balconies with a cup of coffee in hand and breathe in that salty air. Fueling up with a delicious breakfast will be a breeze, as the fully equipped kitchen is complete with all of the appliances of home and a family-style table awaits in the dining area to gather for meals! After exciting days, enjoy a long soak in the private hot tub or grab some alone time as you draw a bath in the jetted master tub. Plus, everyone will stay entertained with free WiFi, pinball, shuffleboard, arcade games, and multiple flatscreen TVs. Don't worry about not getting a bit of work done while away, as there is high-speed WiFi for catching up on emails or jumping into a Zoom meeting with ease!

Across the street from the sand and a few blocks from the Oregon Coast Highway, this coastal gem sits in an ideal location to easily experience the best of Lincoln City. Very conveniently located house right next to the casino and Safeway. Great waterfront views and a ton of space in the house for 6 adults to comfortably have their own bathrooms and rooms. Very attentive host and just overall a really relaxing trip.

House worked for our family. The walk to the beach wasnt far, which we liked. The kids liked the beach toys they had in the garage. The jetted bath tub in the master bedroom fills up really slow. The hot tub water looked cloudy.

All bedrooms had onsuite bathrooms. Refrigerator and gas range were not functioning properly. Hot tub was great.

Great People!

Too many (36) steps! Beware if handicapped - not friendly to that.Kitchen was sorely inadequately supplied. We had to go buy a coffee maker 'cause theirs had an "out of order" sign. We had to buy a baking dish. etc. Was difficult to clean up - there were no trash liners - no broom or vacuum available. Filthy windows, crumbs on the floor /rug when we arrived.But... the people were so great to work with!

Thanksgiving break

Was a great time! Plenty of room in the house for all of us (13 total). Driveway is steep but we were able to park in it fine. Those that stayed downstairs did say the room was cold and didn’t seem to have heat controls. We would stay here again.

What a Night!!!

Our check-in was delayed by two hours because the cleaning of the property wasn’t completed. This disruption affected our entire day and evening, causing significant inconvenience. When we finally gained access to the house, we found that the cleaning was still not fully done. As a result, we had to clean part of the place ourselves. I have been struggling with customer service to secure a meager $68 refund for the inconvenience, including laundry, unloading the dishwasher, and cleaning up. This experience has been incredibly disheartening and has left a bad impression. I can’t help but wonder how much they would have charged me for an early check-in or if I had failed to complete the agreed-upon cleaning tasks. Yet, they feel that $68 is an adequate compensation for the trouble we faced.

Great house at a great location

The house was wonderful. Beds were comfortable, the house was clean and comfortable. The only issue was stairs (which we knew going in). For those who have trouble with stairs, this is not the house you want unless you want to plant yourself on one floor. The views were great.

I GAVE THIS HOME 5 STARS BECAUSE IT IS AN AWESOME HOUSE WITH VIEWS THAT ARE EVEN BETTER THAN THE PICTURES SHOW. THE KITCHEN IS AMAZING WITH EVERYTHING YOU NEED AND IS NICE & LARGE. THERE ARE SO MANY GAMES FOR THE ADULTS & KIDS. IT IS REALLY A WONDERFUL HOUSE AND WE WOULD RENT AGAIN. THE ONLY THING IS YOU ARE PAYING A HEFTY CLEANING FEE AND THE FURNITURE HAS NOT BEEN DUSTED IN AWHILE.I ALSO REACHED OUT TO MANAGEMENT REGARDING A COUPLE THINGS AND WAS TOLD SOMEONE WOULD GET BACK TO ME HOWEVER NOBODY EVER DID.

Every bedroom had their own private bathroom!

Great location with amazing ocean views from each level. Perfect for the 9 adults in our family. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. Nice new appliances that worked well. Well stocked kitchen, we had everything we needed to fix meals. Short walk to the beach. Private hot tub. I highly recommend this home for a large family!

Good for big groups, odd layout.

Has a hot tub that was unusable, the lid was off when we got there, ton of sand and low water level. The pinball and paceman games were fun. The ground floor sleeps 7 people but the bathroom is through the bedroom for everyone.!Tons of stairs, kitchen needs to be better equipped no cleaning solution few eating Ute nails and big spoons. The deck is stone so it is slippery when wet, figured it was dry because it’s covered fell and bruised my tailbone.

Fantastic house.

We have stayed in Lincoln City for over 15 years and each year we rent a different house. This house was by far the best we have ever stayed in. All the bedrooms had their own bathrooms and the large kitchen/living room combo was great for playing games and hanging out together. I would definitely stay her again.

This was the perfect house! Kitchen is large, and well stocked. We cooked every meal! With 4 king rooms, all with bathrooms, everyone had their space when needed. The common areas were so comfortable, and had such beautiful views! One thing that I didn’t realize is the bunk room is attached to one of the king Suites. You have to go through the bunk room to get to the bedroom. It worked perfect for us, as we had parent/children in those rooms!

Loved this house for our family and to entertain the whole gathering of extended family.

Great property beautiful home. Could have used more kitchen towels, steps vacuumed, dishwasher silverware rack needs replaced and backyard could have been weeded and dead plant palms cleaned up. Bed on the main floor is soon in need of a mattress. Everything else was great and I would rent this place again in a heartbeat. Thank you for letting us stay at your home.

Nearly perfect

The layout was perfect for our family of 14 ranging in age from 3-69. All the indoor and outdoor gathering areas and the hot tub were enjoyed throughout our stay. The outdoor shower was a bonus and helpful in keeping most of the sand outside. We could have used a couple of hide-a-beds in the upstairs area instead of just the couches. Our 2 teenagers had to sleep on the couches, where as beds are always preferred. The mattress in the downstairs bedroom was too soft to sleep on. Maybe too many children jumping on the bed during previous stays. The parents had to sleep with their children in the bunk beds in the room adjacent. Hot pads in the kitchen would be nice and more dishwasher pods, we ran out. There was no propane for the outdoor grill and no way to light it as the automatic lighter was broken and no matches or lighter on the premises. The dining table and kitchen counters needed a thorough cleaning before used. It seems they got a quick swipe and not a good cleaning. Having video games in almost every room was too much. The fooseball table was fun. The golf video game in the garage was enjoyed. Beach access was close by and we had a lot of fun on the beach. It was handy that Safeway is within walking distance for the items we needed. We enjoyed our family vacation at the beach while staying at Coastcade!

Description is misleading

This house should be listed as a four bedroom, four and a half bath. The “bunk room” is off the lower floor bedroom that who ever needed to use the bathroom, would have to walk through the other bedroom to get it. In addition there wasn’t a closet. Very inconvenient for friends staying there. The other issue is there were areas that were not cleaned. I reach out to the customer service and am still waiting for a response. It’s too bad for my situation this house really didn’t work out as it is in a pretty nice location

Great View

The house had a wonderful view and very easy access to the beach. The games were an amazing addition. The house was not clean though. We showed up and there was a load of laundry in the wash and in the dryer. The dishwasher was full, there was dirt all over the floors and couches. The house really needs to be cleaned better or needs to be deep cleaned once a month or so.
